Nice map! Oh, and you have Cleave...
Yah thanks, I guess that guy at F11 was already fireballed and is probably dead meat so one more attack.

Oh, yeah....Oso and Bushytoe; spot 10
Stiggy the (now) giant dwarf hews mightily three times with his axe, and three foes fall, split in half each like kindling, their sap slicks the boards of Capm Quorkus' grand ship.

Also; Bushytoe--the two fighting guys from the dream had to be Orcus and Graz'zt. The queen, though; there's lotsa queens that that could be.
And you don't recognize the mountain or the two prior gods mentioned, or the queen; Oso would...it's parta his peoples' interpretations and/or experience with the Kelanen mysteries.

Pendobar 'Pip' Bushytoe |

Pip launches himself into the air as Oso casts his spell. He starts hovering over the ship and strikes a few martial cords on his battered guitar.
doing an Inspire courage ballad.
He looks over at the approaching boat.
A sudden distration draws his gaze back to the melee.

On the poop deck, the four lizardmen up there move to b5, c4, d4, and g4, attacking the captain and his crewmen. The crewman at c5 dies by two of them pummeling him.
The red lizardman at a9 moves to c7 and claws Oso; the claw does 12 in damage and is envenomed; d.c. 15 fort save for Oso or he takes 3 strength damage.
The other 3 red lizardmen move to g9, f10, and g12 and claw at Stiggy.
One hits; stiggy takes 10 h.p. in damage; d.c. 15 fort save or 1 str damage.
*STIGGY HAS AN AOO*
The lizardman at d8 kills the crewman at c9.
The big lizardman brings down his club twice on Gittik, hits once;
Gittik takes 25 h.p. in damage.
The canoe is.....capsized suddenly.
Everybody in there is now upended into the muddy water.
spot d.c. 10
Your Attacks!

Elgan Dreadwood |

Elgan-Hawk circles the battered freighter, eyeing the flying dandy-fied Gittik with a keen eye, but realizing that he is most likely not with the lizardmen as he begins strumming his instrument. HE is about to dive to the deck and see if he can help the injured crew members when his keen avian eyesight sees the canoe suddenly tip over! Mentally berating his fellow teammates for being clumsy-@$$, he is nonetheless puzzled, as he didn't see any of them doing anything stupid.
He screeches again in his peculiar warbling with strange echoing overtones, and a small black thunderhead forms over the boat,...
SPOT: 1d20+11=30, To Hit: 1d20+6=15, Electrical Dmg: 3d6=8
Elgan-Hawks Keen eyes pick up the shape of a green head in the water, and he decides that his swimming companions need the most help. A stroke of lightning flies from the small thunderhead, passing the flying hobniz, and strikes the swimming green-skinned creature as it pokes it's head up to take a look,... Wouldn't want to fry my buddies by mistake! ;P

Altai Iscarni |

Spot rolls 4+1=5, 11+1=12 - I still don't see the flying halfling, but I do see the thing in the water.
Oh crap... Altai threads water for a moment while casting a spell. Then, liberated from the laws of gravity, he soars upwards, a wake of muddy water trailing through the air behind him.
Casting Fly and then getting out of the water. I'm at K14, 20' above the water level. Does our new enemy have a location?

I don't think so.
However, it says that you can use "cleave" once per round anyway, so it's 6 of one one half dozen of another; it doesn't kick up any net benefit since he only gets one cleave per round.
Actually it says in the SRD "If you deal a creature enough damage to make it drop" which would imply that it would work in any situation where you do damage with a weapon, like an AoO, but as you said, only once per round which he already did, so he couldn't do it now anyhow.

Oso Legumbe |

Oso moves back a pace nearer the sailors.
"Prince protect us!" and casts Magic Circle vs Evil. He raises the bastard sword and waves it at the red skinned lizard.
"Dance man dance."
Fort save 5+8=13. Net +1 Strength at the moment.

Stigg's aoo hooms the lizardman at g9. He falls after having been burnt hard twice, then giant bashed.
There's two on him still at f10 and g12, and it's Stiggy's attack...

Remember that the second attack is made at a -5 penalty. It probably does not matter here, but future attacks should keep this in mind.

I5, underwater. Do I see it underwater? 1d20 8=24 spot.

Pendobar 'Pip' Bushytoe |

Pip flits over the battlefield making Lucille wail like a banshee. He pauses to throw a Glitterdust on the big lizardguy trying to make pancakes out of a singularly dirty hobbit.
"Hang in there cousin!" He yells

Yes, and yes; just saw it.
I think Altai was talking about subtracting 5 generally from your attack for the second attack though.
