The fire giant hacks away three of the mirror images.
Then he hits stig with his greatsword for 22-10=12 h.p. damage.
The vixen headed rakshasa, almost dead, tries to take Stig with her...
He takes a crit, and has one mirror image left. 21-10=11 h.p. damage.
The abyssal giantess powers out of the thorns finally; she's moving up to lm 8-9, looming above Beldan. He looks up at the woman like a toddler at an angry mother.....She takes a few from the ice storm, but it doesn't seem to bother her much.
The ghostly creature flies to Gittik, at n4 now, 10 feet in the air, and attacks with greatsword; Gittik takes 25 h.p., and has a 1 h.p. bleeding wound.
Group's attack.

Stig's gonna use his torc of displacement this round. all charges. 40% miss. I reckon that FG is gonna hit me back.
I'll probably give it a go, hopefully have a chance to update my map and post actions at lunch time ... soon. Unless I go out for dumplings ... hmmm ...

“Eep!” Beldan looks up at the looming giant, then quickly flies away, darting and weaving, trying to avoid being knocked out of the sky. He draws his rapier as he goes (continuing to hold his crossbow in his off-hand).
Move to P8, using acrobatics to try to avoid taking AoO from giantess. He moves in such a way so as not to move out of a space threatened by the fire giant. Acrobatics: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (13) + 25 = 38
Then try to perforate the rak with his currently holy rapier. Flanking with Stig. 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (3) + 21 = 24 Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 + sneak 6d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 5, 2, 6, 2) = 20 + she takes another 6 points of bleed from last round’s attack whether or not I hit.

Two of the xills let fly a hail of arrows at the ghost menacing Gittik. The other two then charge into melee..
Longbows first. As Gittik isn't ethereal, they incur no penalties from shooting into melee:
A: 5' step to Q7. Attack 1: 10+13+1(haste)+3(bard)=AC 27, damage 6+3(bard)=9; Attack 2: 14+8+1+3=AC 26, damage 5+3=8; Attack 3 (bonus from Haste: 13+13+1+3=AC 30, damage 7+3=10.
B: 5' step to Q6. Attack 1: 16+13+1(haste)+3(bard)=AC 33, damage 7+3(bard)=10; Attack 2: 4+8+1+3=AC 16, damage 2+3=5; Attack 3 (bonus from Haste: 14+13+1+3=AC 31, damage 6+3=9.
Then the guys with swords. BTW, does the ghostly figure look undead? If so, they won't bother with the paralyse-and-implant routine next turn. What is it wearing, BTW?
C: Move to N5. Attack roll 13+15+1(haste)+3(bard)=AC 32, damage 4+5(STR)+3(bard)=12.
D: Move to N3. Attack roll 10+15+1(haste)+3(bard)=2(flank w/xill in N5)=AC 31, damage 4+5(STR)+3(bard)=12.

Since I'm already at it - and, as importantly, as the plant monsters can only really do one thing:
The leaf-covered giant once again lashes out at the fox-headed demon. Behind it, the mossy wolf howls - and summons up a tangle of thorny growths from the ground in front of the demonic giant.
The Jolly Green Giant continues to pound on Vimanda. Attack 1: 13+21+1(haste)+3(bard)+1(Prayer)=AC 39, damage 11+21+3(bard)+1(prayer)=36. Attack 2: 9+15+1+3+1=AC 29, damage 5+21+3+1=30. Attack 3 (bonus from Haste): 12+21+1+3+1=AC 38, damage 6+21+3+1=31. He can't reach anyone else, but if he knocks down Vimanda, can he pick her up? If so, he'll chuck her at someone next turn.
The dire wolf summons a Wall of thorns in N 6-11, plus K6, L6 and M6 (it connects with the old hedge). That will stop her from unloading on Beldan or Gittik for a round or two.

The oversized gecko hanging on the corridor ceiling hisses and wheezes at the fire giant. Suddenly, a beam of black energy lances out and strikes the giant in the chest.
Finally, I'm casting Enervation on the fire giant. Attack roll 11+8+1(haste)+3(bard)=touch AC 23, damage 3 levels.
Claw continues to stay out of trouble, Pip maintains his bardic music, Oso delays until after the fire giant in order to fix up Stig.
Stig, Elgan and Gittik to go.

All of the attacks but one hit; he's pretty jacked up now; he "looks" like a ghostly version of Gittik; wearing the same get up and everything now.
Before he struck Gittik, he looked like a ringwraith from LOTR.

More xills! The last two join in in the melee fracas. At ths time it's just too many damn attacks (the full attack is five sword attacks plus a bite!) to post all the math, so here are the results:
A: Move to O3. Hits AC 26, damage 11.
B: Move to M5. Hits AC 28, damage 8.
C: No move. Hits AC 31 (9 damage), AC 25 (11 damage), AC 28 (9 damage), AC 30 (15 damage) and AC 24 (10 damage). Bite hits AC 25 and does 10 damage.
D: No move. Hits AC 30 (14 damage), AC 32 (12 damage), AC 21 (11 damage), AC 34 (9 damage) and AC 26 (11 damage). Bite hits AC 29 and does 11 damage.
The bite attacks can paralyse the target, but I doubt that'll be an issue here (if it is, the Fort DC is 18). If Shapeshifter goes down, they start re-shifting back to Oerth with its body and gear.
