"Gaaaaaah! My beautiful elemental! You'll pay for this! PAY, you hear?" Clinging to the ceiling, dragon-Altai crawls around the corner and vomits acid all over the fire giant.
I'm on the ceiling in U7. Breath weapon damage 31 acid, Reflex 23 for half damage.
The xills jog down the corridor. Spotting the Graz'zite spellcaster, they lets their arrows fly.
They move to R 5-7 and S6. This round it's a total of four longbow attacks (next round, when they get full attack actions, is going to be a b#%*% to write out). As they were ethereal when Oso cast Prayer, they get no benefit from that spell.
A: 11+13+1(haste)+3(bard)=AC 28, damage 6+3(bard)=9.
B: 4+13+1(haste)+3(bard)=AC 21, damage 3+3(bard)=6.
C: 12+13+1(haste)+3(bard)=AC 29, damage 5+3(bard)=8.
D: 9+13+1(haste)+3(bard)=AC 26, damage 2+3(bard)=5.
Meh - they have non-STR boosted longbows. With 21 STR after Augment Summoning, they are actually quite a bit more dangerous in melee.
Beldan Vale
Gittik flies (invisibly) to O4 and attacks the fire giant. Rage on! 1d20 + 27 ⇒ (12) + 27 = 39, Damage 1d3 + 10 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 10 + 3 = 16.
Beldan flies (invisibly and stealthily, 1d20 + 30 ⇒ (18) + 30 = 48 to N9 and unleashes a stealth crossbow attack with deadly aim on Vimenda. 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (16) + 17 = 33 Damage: 1d8 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18 + Sneak Attack: 6d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 1, 1, 6, 3) = 19 + 6 bleed + 2 strength.
Stigwold Mæch'Hæmmær
As he is hasted, Stig has an extra attack coming up. At his highest attack bonus. Fight!
<Stig pulls a dwarven Columbo...>
"Och jist one mair hin', wifey."
haste 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (17) + 23 = 40
dam 3d6 + 29 ⇒ (2, 2, 3) + 29 = 36
PS: Don't forget your bonuses from Prayer and bardic music!
Took everything at +3

The xill marksmen lay into the swordpriest four good times with their ethereal arrows, and they seem to be hurting him.
Gittik takes a little off the top of the wildhaired giant...
Beldan puts a bolt right....near her heart; she's coughing up blood now, and looks hard pressed and haggard.
Stiggy slams her again; she still stands.
(well now I know how many hp's to give these people)
Stiggy's got xills in his pants. What a confusing combat...

Patrick's swamped in RL, so let's just move Pip up to Y7 and cast Hold monster on the fire giant. Will save DC 19 or he'll need to take a break.

Hey, that's what you get for involving ghosts!

yeah...that one was pretty scary for a while there. I thought we were going to suffer some casualties until I could start serial Jesus bombing everybody.
Poor Rod's fighting for his life against those wererats. He can't catch a break.
We'll have Bor step in and help him in a sec, I reckon the hasted minotaur should be able to take at least one wererat rogue in a round of full attack.

I think I could, if I could avoid taking 40 h.p. of damage in a round...

AND the only reason I'm not totally confused now is that I started re-haunting your other thread again! :)
Um, tired, Will a flame strike do any good against fire or abysmal giants? Or shall I Dire something? :) Sorry, just running on empty lately. Certainly NOT to be taken as a reflection of what I think of Heathy's creative creatures! :D

They're likley both immune (or at least resistant in the case of the Abyssal giant) to fire.
Elgan Dreadwood
That's what I was thinking. OK, moving my pawns, er, summoned friends, into attack position! ;) Can both the Giant and dire wolf move to attack the same creature? If not, the Wolf will move in to bite/trip, while the giant throws rocks at it! Oh, and as soon as it looks like the Abyssmyl giant MIGHT get free of the thorns, Jolly will cast it again! ;P
Elgan sends his summoned friends forward, watching carefully and ready to move in to help or heal where needed.
Druid delays, Vatters, can you tell me which/where I can move the Large creatures? I would like to concentrate on one opponent before moving onto another, if possible. Then I will roll for attacks, Thanks! :)

The corridor's a little too tight for the big guys to maneouver around Stig to get good access to the baddies. The wolf can attack and trip Vimanda from where it stands. The giant has a harder time getting to anyone, so it should probably throw something at either Vinmanda or the fire giant. Don't' forget that both are hasted and benefit from bardic music and Prayer (i.e. that's a lot of thrown rocks).

Last action: Oso moves to S5 and burns Bestow curse to cast Cure serious wounds on Stig. 3d8+10=24 hit points healed.
Potentially important for next round: Stig has Stoneskin and Mirror image running. We forgot both last turn, but let's assume that both the fire giant and Vimanda got lucky and hit the real Stig; however, we need to factor it in from now on. Also, thanks to the DR provided by the stoneskin, Stig took a bit less damage last turn (unless their weapons are adamantine).
Elgan and his Conjured Critters. And then... their turn!

Correction: The dire wolf can't reach Vimanda, as it only has 5' reach. It should get out of the corridor and let the giant move up to a spot (i.e. ST 6-7) where it can reach the rakshasa.

Ok, as much fun as it would be to try and trip the rak while it's dodging rocks, let's get serious, the giant has a MUCH better chance to hit with it's slams or club! SO, Dire Plant Doggie moves out of the way, (move it to where it can still threaten, and attack if possible!) and 'Jolly' moves forward with club in hand to pound Vim with some Jolly green Action! The Dire Green Doggie will hem in another critter with IT'S Wall of thorns! And Vatt, did you include the bonuses from Elgan's Augment Summons when you did the stats?
Jolly, 2 attacks with club, 2 hasted attacks with club,...
1d20 + 23 ⇒ (19) + 23 = 422d8 + 21 ⇒ (1, 2) + 21 = 241d20 + 23 ⇒ (19) + 23 = 422d8 + 21 ⇒ (2, 2) + 21 = 251d20 + 23 ⇒ (7) + 23 = 302d8 + 21 ⇒ (8, 6) + 21 = 351d20 + 23 ⇒ (4) + 23 = 272d8 + 21 ⇒ (7, 1) + 21 = 29
Jolly lumbers forward, greatclub swinging, his blows rain like thunder on his foe,... ;)
Don't see what Elgan can do, (unless, where can I fly to in avian form where I can be of help, healing or fighting?
And the green Dire Wolf unleashes it's own wall of thorns to surround another foe,... (ooc]Pick a target that we don't want getting involved, yet.[/ooc]
dungeonmaster heathy
The green giant's able to squeeze up to st 7; takes more than a 5 foot step to do so, so he's gonna get 1 attack.....
After the giant cracks her once, she's......still barely standing.
Somebody wanna pick a target for wolfie's wall o thorns, and Elgan wanna do something?

I think Stiggy's enlarged and at rs 5-6, and she's at q7; I reckon giant boy can squeeze in on st 7/t8 kinda close to the Stiggmeister.

That's included on both of 'em - which is why the dire wolf is so insanely strong.

We'll save it in case the abyssal giant breaks free. After all, everybody else is either in melee or ethereal and thus unaffacted by planty obstacles. Also, for some reason I thought Stig was in QR 5-6. My bad.
Elgan Dreadwood
I'ver got Elgan delaying his action,... actually,... Stiggy is enlarged,... Heh,...
Elgan shimmers into his nearly man-sized avian form, resembling a cross between a Falcon and an eagle, and flaps up and over the combatants. He lands and perches on Stiggy's large shoulder. Stig catches a whiff of mint and cinnamon, and his wounds begin to heal,...
burning my Flame strike for a cure for Stig
