You are able to run where you like in the room. None of the foes have combat reflexes and it is a surprise round.

Mu'aqquibat would need an unobstructed path to charge. She can move in front of Raphael and be an angelic cork in this bottle.

She is not able to fly over everyone, so no charge.

If the first Critical Hit confirms he will provoke an Attack of Opportunity with himself on the spikey-demon (flanking with himself and counting as his own ally).

That AoO will split into two because of the fortuitous property of his kukri

2.1 1st AoO from Attack 2 (on hand): 1d20 + 19 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 19 + 11 = 33 might hit with its AC dropped by 6

2.2 2nd AoO from Attack 2 (on hand): 1d20 + 14 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 14 + 11 = 35 might hit with its AC dropped by 6

Same for the second Crit

5.1 1st AoO from Attack 2 (off hand): 1d20 + 19 + 11 ⇒ (12) + 19 + 11 = 42 probably hit with its AC dropped by 6

5.2 2nd AoO from Attack 2 (off hand): 1d20 + 14 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 14 + 11 = 36 might hit with its AC dropped by 6
