            Raphael at the same time?
Raphael recognizes the creature as a Retriever, a horrible evil outsider which don't belong to this plane, and flies to one side of the room, away from the others (and the creature), and then asks for Sarenrae intersession to cast it back to the hell it came from.
"You are not welcome here, go back to the darkness!"
Casts Banishment on the Retriever, Will DC 24 or be forced it out of this plane.
Raphael becomes visible when he begins to cast.

"Oh my, that isn't good! Let me help all of us." Laurel then says some arcane words and makes a few gestures and all are suddenly faster.
A hasted creature gains a +1 bonus on attack rolls and a +1 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves. Any condition that makes you lose your Dexterity bonus to Armor Class (if any) also makes you lose dodge bonuses.
All of the hasted creature's modes of movement (including land movement, burrow, climb, fly, and swim) increase by 30 feet, to a maximum of twice the subject's normal speed using that form of movement. This increase counts as an enhancement bonus, and it affects the creature's jumping distance as normal for increased speed. Multiple haste effects don't stack. Haste dispels and counters slow.

            You recall:
Defenses: it does heal fast
it has construct immunities
Constructs are immune to death effects, disease, mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, phantasms, patterns, and morale effects), necromancy effects, paralysis, poison, sleep, stun, and any effect that requires a Fortitude save (unless the effect also works on objects, or is harmless). Constructs are not subject to nonlethal damage, ability damage, ability drain, fatigue, exhaustion, or energy drain. Constructs are not at risk of death from massive damage.
SR: it does not have
That's all you get.
It sends out a beam of heat energy at the first of you to enter the room (Lucian)
to hit: 1d20 ⇒ 11 damage: 12d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 6, 5, 3, 6, 2, 2, 3, 3, 1, 3) = 42

Lucian grunts in pain as he's burned, then slips on his ring of invisibility and vanishes into thin air. He charges into the room, flipping over the desks and chairs to get ready to flank.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (16) + 21 = 37

At this point the Headmaster arrives on the scene.
"Alright, what happened in here?"
The student explains that she stole a scroll and tried an advanced summoning spell. The headmaster is quite angry and explains to the student that he time at the Academy is over.

However most of them are from Korvosa, so I suspect that are just staying at their own places until tomorrow. "
He leads you over the a large building in the NW of the grounds.
"This is the staff quarters, and we've reserved a few room for the use of contestants. They are usually kept for visiting faculty. "
