You can hit all four with splash, so I'll assume that one.

Jericho's bomb sails towards the kobolds, striking dead center of the group. All four take damage from the fiery combustible, sending three to the land of unconsciousness, soon to see Pharasma's boneyard.

One kobold, wounded and charred, still stands ready, though scared.

Daniel is up, unless he continues to delay.

Daniel, since you had to move 15' to actually get to the kobolds, you can't make a full attack (I moved you on the map). That would mean you're sword is a 13 on the attack, which misses.

Daniel rushes up to the kobold, attempting to drop it, but merely knocks aside the kobolds own attack which also missed.

From around the corner, Maurit comes for Wuse Guy. Having finally given in to the hunger, she leaps at the drunk dwarven monk. Attempting to sink her teeth into his neck, he easily knocks aside the blow.

The ghoul unleashes it's hunger against Wuse Guy, even as it exclaims to him, "I'm sorry." The creature manages to sink two claws deep into the dwarf, but the bite is pushed away. (Wuse Guy, you take 6 points of damage, and I need two Fort saves to avoid Paralysis.
