I hope I did more than just muss his hair up this time!
"Surrender or DIE!!"
intimidate: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (19) + 12 = 31
Sorry I was a little slow responding. Was out and about yesterday being force-fed pizza and birthday cake. Very traumatic! :D

Not wanting to give up his tactically advantageous position, Vahid decides to try to cast in combat once again, believing third time may be the charm. Holding his dagger in his right hand, Vahid makes some mystical motions with his left and softly intones a quick prayer to Abadar. He then reaches out to touch Gruugdurz's shoulder.

@ GM V: shouldn't I be at -9 after Vahid's CMW?
"Thanks, Vahid. Much better!"
"Stay down!" he quickly barks at his opponent who surrendered.
Gruugdúrz then moves and attacks the Talker …
(he is the one behind Saraai, isn't he?)
… pulling out his Falchion on the way

"Melon, stay!" Dylara commands her blinded companion, figuring it's probably best to let the roc recover from the glitterdust.

Concerned about the wounds obvious on some of his comrades, including himself, but, not wanting to interfere with the interrogation, Vahid contents himself to monitor the situation until the questioning is complete.
After the questioning, Vahid will recommend that Xien, Gruugdurz and whoever else is wounded gather around him. If everyone agrees, Vahid will enter a trance like state and channel positive energy to all within 30'. The opponents can either be included or not, as the party wishes.
channel positive energy: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 4, 6) = 18
Channel positive energy on Xien, Gruugdurz, Vahid and anyone else who needs it.

Xien, fully recovered once more, thanks reverently to Vahid for his attentiveness and dedication.

GM V |

"We were sent by the consortium to put some extra pressure so Zeeva would sell. We never meant or would have resorted to violence if you hadn't intervened. I tell you what you can have all of our stuff but you let us go. We wont bother her again. Deal?" Narris says.
"I think that would be for the best. That way we still win and it wont foster revenge. And I don't want to publicly disparaging my business’s name." Zeeva says.
What is everyone doing? Vahid channeled, Gruugdurz took a potion, Dylara helps Melon, need another will save too, Xien is talking. Anyone else want to do anything?

![]() |

"Did they tell you anything about why they want her to sell it?" Saarai asks Narris. "Who was your contact there?"

I am at the bottom of the initiative order, so I'll hold off on posting my action. I just wanted to point out real quick that I channeled at the end of the last combat and I, Xien and Gruugdurz should be at full hp, at least according to my calculations.

Gruugdúrz casts a Shield spell on himself…
This ought to be interesting; he'll be fatigued for another 14 to 15 rounds.
… and then readies himself with Kagaz (his masterwork Falchion)
I'm assuming that in the last combat he would've dropped his Lucerne hammer somewhere and it's not at hand right now.

![]() |

Dylara takes a 5-foot step east and sheaths her sword. She casts a spell and an orange flame as bright as a torch appears in her empty hand.
"Melon, attack the one next to you!"

![]() |

@GM: It was the 2nd Will save in Melon's last post that cured the blindness. I'll make this post assuming she's still blinded, and hope I can use that 22 Will save for the end of this turn?
Still blinded, Melon attacks whatever it is that attacked her.
