Kyra was one of the few survivors of a brutal raid on her hometown, and on the smoking ruins of her village she swore her life and sword arm to Sarenrae, the goddess of the sun, redemption, honesty, and healing. Possessed of a fierce will, pride in her faith, and skill with the scimitar, Kyra has traveled far since then. Where another might be consumed by anger and a thirst for revenge, she has instead found peace in the Dawnflower, and in the belief that if she can prevent even one death at evil hands, her own losses will not have been in vain. While she takes great pleasure in ridding the world of evildoers, she takes even greater pleasure in redeeming them.

This is Gerald. I was going to play Pai, but it looks as if we are solidly in the low tier. I have an open alchemist, Ruprecht that I will sub in, if everyone is cool with it.

So I know how many enlarge person infusions I need. Who wants one?
Grint looks around at the gathering party and tries to work out who would do best in a fight.
Warpac
|
For me enlarge is a bit of a trade off between AC and damage. I'm not interested in using an action to enlarge, but if enlarged my 1d10 weapon would certainly benefit.
Ruprecht Antillious

Enlarge won't do much for Ruprecht, but thanks for the offer.

Day Jobs: Stone crafting: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (16) + 15 = 31I've been informed that Craftsman is not allowed under PFS play. I've been using that trait for a long time and never knew. That's annoying. Anyway, now that I do know, I've changed his trait to Greed (the one replaced) and his roll is now a 29 instead of a 31. Nuts.

Hey guys...
Just found out I'm getting shipped off to Alaska bright and early Sunday morning. Will be gone for about a week, with no access to the interwebs for most of it.
Wasn't a planned trip =)
Anyway, will need to get botted during that period, if needed. Sickly's not too complicated though... barbarian with a reach weapon (just be warned he has a very bad con score (for a dwarf)!)
GM Tyranius

Bad con score. Got it :) Have a safe and fun trip. We will be here when you get back.
I will have a post up this evening.

Currently encountering a great deal of problems posting. It's actually very strange as my PC isn't able to connect to paizo's site through my home connection and neither is my phone using the same connection. I can access the site perfectly through phone but only it I disable its connection tomy home's Wi-Fi. Everything else works fine so I suspect this to be an issue with the site and my IP but I can access my account just fine if I use my phone without my home's internet connection. I got no warnings of bans or anything else so I'm wondering about what's happening. Can't really keep up posting unless this situation is solved

Paizo was down for the majority of the morning today and sketchy at best yesterday.

Yea I am here. Had an extremely busy day at work yesterday. posting update now.

Not sure why we are keeping it to one action when we are not in combat but OK.
Warpac moves forward and opens the door.
Moved from gameplay to discussion...
To clarify, I am really looking for a reason so I can obey the intent for the rule rather than the letter. Typically when a party is out of combat the party can cast buffs at will. Once the party gets into init that changes. But the party was searching the room for a while so I thought Warpac could set up some buffs before entering. Perhaps I should not have said 'as they go into the room' and should have been clear that I meant 'before'. Or maybe you were talking about some other post and all this is just me misinterpreting :)
GM Tyranius
|
Correct with the trap being set off, someone is reacting on opposite side of the door.
Warpac
|
I completely understand. Fireball, burning hands, and other spells like that can be a bear to deploy effectively. I really don't mind which is why I had Warpac delay enough to let your fireball fly. Not sure what Tyranius would have done had Warpac barreled into the room on his init, it being int he previous round, but I enjoy a good fireball as much as the next guy and figured it would be fun to see them all fry.

I love it! If you can get another one fast, go for it. Nothing is more beautiful than a well placed fireball.

I will be out All day Tomorrow and won't be back until the evening on Sunday.
X-wing tournament all day Saturday and then spending weekend in Chicago.

Narika... you can't cast any of your spells at at a target you can't see. All of them require line of sight.
Er.. actually, protection from energy and fireball you can still do I suppose. But certainly not magic missile, anyway. Or anything else that requires a target.

How do I remove the blinded condition? It looks like the spell remove blindness is a cleric 3, so Warpac should be able to cast it like he offered. It does not appear to have any expensive material components or anything, so is it just automatic as long as he is willing to prepare and cast it?
GM Tyranius
|
If Warpac is willing and able to cast it then you should be covered otherwise you will have to pay PP or gold to remove it.
150 gp or 1 PP.
Warpac
|
Warpac is indeed prepared to memorize the spell on the next day if this is allowed.
GM Tyranius
|
Just needs to be cleared by the end of the scenario is all. It is definitely a several day journey back to return the music box which would give plenty of time.

Game is now reported and here are your chronicles. Hope you all enjoyed! here are your chronicles.

Ditto. Thanks again.
