Quarr steps back into the closed doors. He quickly begins to dig in his pack as he produces a vial. His hands shake slightly Last time I did this it went horribly wrong due to the Ruby Sage.
Without giving it another though Quarr drinks the green smoking vial. He hunches over as if in pain as his muscles seem to bulge. They keep bulging as if his skin will soon tear. His body creaks and snaps as new joints begin to form in a horrid fashion. The little gnome lets out a shrill scream momentarily as his transformation finishes. One of his wings seems to have doubled in size as he stands back up.
He breaths heavily as his hulking rigid form looks up with one drooped green eye and one larger red eye. His hair seems to have grown to an incredible length as it runs halfway down his back now.

Cott begins casting a spell.

As Cott begins casting, the creatures... unfold?... into larger forms within their ceremonial garb. Seven hulking figures advance to assault the party.
Cott: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Kali: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
Khakil: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Quarr: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Skybek: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (16) + 0 = 16
Things: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (14) - 1 = 13
Round I - bold may act!
1. Khakil, Skybek, Quarr

Cott, you've started casting your spell, it will finish during your first turn, leaving you with a standard action remaining (essentially a surprise round left).

Edit: I'm dumb-not taking that feat.
"Fear not, Pathfinders! We'll escort these fishy fiends to the same fate as their brethren outside!" Khakil cries out. Battle Cry
He counts each threat as they approach, drawing in a deep breath and closing his eyes for but a moment to collect his resolve. He begins a poetic haiku to Inspire Courage in his companions:
"Here stand we, the Few,
Do not forget your own skill,
Quality Prevails."

+2 Moral bonus to attack/damage.

Cool, thanks!
Quarr hurls an explosive at the giant figure across the table; however, the ensuing conflagration makes it difficult to tell what--if anything--happened.
The figures advance, some clambering atop the table, others simply reaching from the distance. All of the shed their fancy clothing, revealing hideous bodies of stitched-together masses of flesh from an untold number of individual creatures. Kn Arcana. Each strikes at various members of the party--one even retreating to allow others a chance to attack.

Only Cott's lightning and Quarr's bomb seem to have had any effect--the lightning seems to have invigorated the blue-tinged creature rather than harm it, while Quarr's fire has burnt several key pieces of sinew and slowed it somewhat.
Still, it doesn't hesitate to attack, striking again at the wild-man and landing another heavy blow. It retreats slightly to the end of the table, leg-like limbs casting golden dinner plates and silver cutlery in all directions.
