My bardiche is a reach weapon, so assuming my readied action went off before it got close:
Power Attack with bardiche: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
Damage: 1d10 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17
On my turn, I hold the bardiche in one hand and punch it with my cold iron cestus.
Power Attack with cold iron cestus: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Damage: 1d4 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
And then I 5-foot step to F8.

I think we got out of order well here is sandy's Action
Sandy steps up to where Silviana was and brings his ax down on the lizard.
Feisty little thing aren't you!
attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7

![]() |

Sorry, I went out of order because I wasn't sure if my readied action would get to go off before the normal round.

![]() |

When it becomes Birgit's turn she will merely give the lightning lizard and icy stare and the cold shoulder.
Evil Eye Hex targeting the creatures AC for 6 rounds. Will DC 14 reduces it to 1 round.

![]() |

I apologize for posting out of order, but I'm going out of town and I don't want to delay the game. In case it isn't dead by the time it's Maddie's turn, shooting lizard.
Shooting light crossbow into melee: 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (12) - 3 = 9
Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 7
In case healing is needed afterward,
Channeling positive energy to heal, using selective channeling to exclude lizard: 1d6 ⇒ 3
4/5 Channels left

GM Tektite |

Once again, sorry for delay.
Atum swings his bardiche and misses
Silviana draws her bow and fires arrow that sticks in the lizard. Amazingly another bolt of electricity arcs off the arrow and strikes Silviana in return.
Ref:: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
1d8 ⇒ 7
Silviana's treant companion retaliates and clubs the lizard forcefully and puts it down.
OUT OF COMBAT
Silviana take another 7 pts of nonlethal damage. Everyone else can save their spells or retcon healing.
You are in the north wing of the tower

![]() |

"Are you alright? Do you need healing?" If she says yes, Han will get his wand out and heal her.
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Terrible wand...
Looks like you were down 8 so you should be full now.

![]() |

"You worry too much, though I guess what that lizard did to you has given you a reason to be..." Han comments on Silviana's vigilance.

![]() |

Sandy, the door is safe?
Assuming the door is safe, Atum will open it and step in with his bardiche at the ready.
Who's Yer Con is over (success!) so I'm back now.

![]() |

Back as well
Maddie briefly examines Silviana after her channeling to make sure the elf doesn't have any remaining injuries. Satisfied, she resumes her place in the marching order.
At least the creatures are becoming more interesting. She offers quietly with a shrug, while Sandy and Atum deal with the door.

GM Tektite |

Sandy examines the door and finds no evidence of traps. While examining the door, he thinks he hears occasional shuffling sounds on the other side.
Glad you guys had fun at WYC. Totally bummed I couldn't make it up to enjoy the gaming and meet you guys. That can be the downside of being a family man, oh well.
Unless you note otherwise, I will assume the marching order is the same as before.

![]() |

Unless anyone objects, Atum will remain in front.
I will open the door.

GM Tektite |

Atum reaches out and open the door and as it swings open, two javelins come rocketing out towards the party. One javelin narrowly misses Atum, while the second skitters off Sandy's armor. Anyone able to see in the doorway, see two lizard-like humanoids drawing clubs and advancing.
Javelin 1: 1d20 ⇒ 7
Damage 1: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Javelin 2: 1d20 ⇒ 11
Damage 2: 1d6 ⇒ 2
A: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13
Sa: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Si: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21
M: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
B: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19
LM: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17
Initiative:
Silviana
Tree
Birgit
Lizard Men
Han
Atum
Maddie
Sandy
Silviana and company are up

![]() |

As the spear bounces off his armor (and the tree moves past him) Sandy shouts.
"SON OF A JACKAL, COME OVER HERE AND TRY THAT AGAIN. WHOO! Hey twiggy watch where you are swinging those branches."

GM Tektite |

Silviana draws her bow and fires an arrow at the first lizardman. The arrow strikes home in it's chest, wounding it badly. Her treant companion presses the attack, but misses with it's club like arm. Birgit tries to put a hex on the second lizardman and it collapses, appearing to fall asleep. The first lizardman begins to withdraw toward a before now unseen stairwell at the center of the tower. It corresponds with the collapsed stair one level below. You hear the door close as it makes it's escape.
Will: 1d20 ⇒ 4
Silviana, I think your A.C. only gets one attack if it moves. So you have one lizardman asleep and one escaped. Actions?

![]() |

Would the tree get an Ao?
Not if it used a withdraw action, but I think it can only move in a straight line then.

![]() |

Assuming we're out of combat rounds
Maddie glides over to the sleeping lizard man and gently touches it, so as not to arouse it. She nods knowingly afterwards.
Using her Knowledge Domain power Lore Keeper. Currently it's the equivalent of getting a 19 on a Knowledge Roll to get information about a monster. If I get a question, I'd like to know what special attacks it has.

I checked the Core and didn't see anything about a straight line. (That's what I was thinking too, maybe it only applies to run.) If I'm wrong, please point out the correct ruling please.

![]() |

Ah, you are correct. I was thinking about running.
Atum steps up to the sleeping lizard man. Shall I take care of him? He taps the end of his bardiche on the ground. Such scum attacking us. I should tie him up at least.

![]() |

glancing over his shoulder as he advances towards the stairwell door
"I say let the others bind the sleeper. It would be good to know how they got in, but lets not let the other raise an alarm. No telling how many of them are here."
with weapon at the ready he goes to open the door waiting for some backup to join him.

![]() |

Atum will leave the others to bind the sleeping lizard-person and join his fellow Osiriani at the door. Alright, let's go.

![]() |

They're young troglodytes. Maddie says with a distasteful look, as she wipes the edges of her fingers on the hem of her cloak. Their stench can be quite powerful.
As Sandy and Atum make plans to go after the runaway, a disapproving look flits over her face. I don't believe it's a good idea to split the group up, regardless of how easily you've been dealing the opposition so far. It won't take long to tie this one up, or dispatch it.
