I have unfortunately had a health crisis come up and find myself needing to step away from the boards for a time while I work on getting better.
I am really sorry for all the games I play and more so for the ones that I run. I do not know how long it will be before I come back onto the boards, but I hope it is not too long.
Please take care of your selves and I wish you all health and wellness.

I am kind of torn on this. This campaign has gone through quite a few people. I would be happy to continue, but losing the captain is a blow.
Replacing the captain is awkward, but I'd vote to continue.
Is it just Byron & Daneel now? Or is Jhoolz still here?
Hey, gang. I’m sick and so is my whole family. My head is fuzzy and I’m going to be away for a few days until I can think again.
If I’m the GM of this game, I’ll be back as soon as possible. If I’m a player, please bot me until I get back.
It’s been a full week, so I want to check in and report that I have pneumonia. My recovery has been decently effective, thanks to heavy doses of...whatever it is they’re giving me. But I’m still quite tired. I’ll be trying to post in some games no later than tomorrow.
Apologies ... have finished course work, but it's now the short strokes before Christmas.
I had all of my routines upended this fall with renovations ... packed up the computer that I usually used for PbP and a couple weeks until I decided to replace that machine. That disruption caused the first delay and it has been difficult to get back into the routine.
I will make an effort to check the boards daily.

Folks, my recovery from pneumonia took longer than I thought it would. Turns out I’m still alive. I’m still fairly weak but I’m going to get to this game today. Sorry it took so long.

It is with a heavy heart that I am closing up shop here. I really love "The Pirates of Drinax" and suggest to you that it is fun reading. But I think it's clear that there is a lack of enthusiasm here and I don't want to keep recruiting new people to fade away on us.
I'm terribly disappointed in having to take this step and I want to thank those of you that stuck it out with me thus far. You're both in other games of mine, so I'll see you there!
