Well, the seller wasn't willing to consider our offer due to loan type. Of course, she probably knows it wouldn't pass home inspection due to the heating vent in the shower, but then, maybe if you've lived somewhere for 20 years you should have taken care of that at some point.

Sorry for the delay in posting. We put in an offer on a house last weekend, and we've been doing inspections this week. I might get a little sporadic for a bit.

Sorry about the gap. The check engine light came on in my car (fortunately I'm still under warranty), but it was still a day at the dealership.

Hey everyone! Sorry I disappeared there for a minute. I caught an exceptionally nasty flu a few days ago, and I spent so little time both awake and lucid, I forgot about pretty much everything I had going on beyond relaying directions to folks covering for me at work.
