Round 1
Tyrandro fires an arrow at the stabbed Gray Maiden first. The arrow knocks her from her seat and she falls splayed across the ground, dead. Next, the shoots a pinpoint shot that explodes the head of the woman in the rear, splattering gore against the far wall. The final Gray Maiden screams in fear before another arrow silences her permanently. All three Gray Maidens are dead.
Up the hallway to the north, a green spine-covered barbed devil responds to the commotion to see what's going on. He casually saunters down the hallway, accustomed to the screams of humans. But when he seems Sebastian standing in the center of the room surrounded by the Gray Maidens' corpses, he starts and points, "It's them. They're here. Brothers, to me!" Further back, out of view, another devil's voice says, "A reward for us if we can kill them. Maybe we'll be allowed to eat one."

Two of the barbed devils cast spells into the barracks to smite you with alignment-based damage. They then retreat out of line of site further back into the room where they originated.
Both spells hit all 4 of you, and not Laori. Will DC 18 for half damage for both Order's Wrath and Unholy Blight. Order's Wrath does full damage to Chaotic creatures, half to Neutral, and none to Lawful. Unholy Blight does full damage to Good creatures, half to Neutral, and none to Evil. Order's Wrath will also daze Chaotic creatures for 1 round on a failed save and Unholy Blight will sicken Good creatures for 1d4 rounds on a failed save.
Then a huge, bloated man appears out of thin air near the mess hall's entrance. The middle-aged obese man with a bald head, holds a chicken leg in one hand and a bottle of wine in the other. He merely let's out a grunting noise and stares at you.

Tyrandro's arrows pass right through the rotund man's body. Tyrandro disbelieves the illusion and realizes that it was a major image likely cast by another barbed devil. Tyrandro lets Iolana know so she can stay her hand at wasting a spell on it.

The barbed devils remain hidden in the mess hall. Two of the barbed devils switch the spells cast (the one who cast Unholy Blight last turn, casts Order's Wrath this turn and the one who cast Order's Wrath last turn, casts Unholy Blight this turn). Both spells target the corner of the mess hall hallway and spill out to reach Sebastian. The third, even though his illusion was disbelieved, maintains concentration to use it to give everyone down the hallway two middle fingers and taunts you with a flesh jiggling waddle.
Order's Wrath and Unholy Blight descriptions were given last round. Refer there if needed. Will DC 18 on both again. Even though they are Will saves I'll give Sebastian a +2 bonus on his saves from cover.

Utilizing blessing of fervor to increase your speed, you all rush up and to the right into the smithy / workshop area.
Workshop: This small workshop for wood-, wicker-, and leatherworking is supplied with all the tools and equipment necessary to create and repair objects for everyday use.
Smithy: A huge angular fireplace and two anvils create a compact but well-equipped forge in this chamber. One of the anvils is a black iron, ordinary-looking implement, while the other is made of polished steel and shaped like a grotesque, squatting dwarf. Smithy tools hang on the walls and line the shelves.
Thankfully both rooms are devoid of additional enemies.

Before moving up, Iolana summons a field of rubbery black tentacles to appear, burrowing up from the floor and reaching for the barbed devils in the area. The devils' natural resistance from damage prevents the tentacles from hurting them but all three are successfully grappled in the tentacles' grasp. Immune to harm, the tentacles have no problem grabbing the devils' barbed bodies. Barbed devils 1, 2, and 3 are grappled.

Then another Togomor appears in the 'T' junction of the hallway. He looks at the major image of himself in the mess hall with displeasure and he addresses the barbed devil with disdain. "I hope that this simpleton's illusion is not intended to be a mockery of me. To show such disrespect to the seneschal of the castle is a punishable offense."
The freed barbed devil responds in a panicked voice, "No, never, Togomor! The Yallops would never mock you. I will dismiss it at once. But you see we have guests that we were handling. I thought to strike fear in them with your image. As recompense, we have hippogryph on the skewer. Fresh from the Sable Company stables. We were going to eat it but it is yours to devour now, your Immenseness. Who would say a single beast could give such a double feast? Meat and fowl, cooking up from arse to jowl."
"Silence!" shouts Togomor. "I will deal with you later. As you said, we have guests." Togomor turns to the party in the workshop. "Well, well, well. What do we have here. The Merrin brat and his band of misfits. You've become quite the inconvenience to the Queen and she will suffer your meddling no longer. Begging and pleading will do you no good. No mercy will be given. All of you will die here and now!"

Mind Fog DC 19 Will Mind fog produces a bank of thin mist that weakens the mental resistance of those caught in it. Creatures in the mind fog take a -10 penalty on Wisdom checks and Will saves. (A creature that successfully saves against the fog is not affected and need not make further saves even if it remains in the fog.) Affected creatures take the penalty as long as they remain in the fog and for 2d6 rounds thereafter. The fog is stationary and lasts for 30 minutes (or until dispersed by wind).
A moderate wind (11+ mph) disperses the fog in 4 rounds; a strong wind (21+ mph) disperses the fog in 1 round.
The fog is thin and does not significantly hamper vision.
Feeblemind DC 21 Will Target creature’s Intelligence and Charisma scores each drop to 1. The affected creature is unable to use Intelligence– or Charisma-based skills, cast spells, understand language, or communicate coherently. Still, it knows who its friends are and can follow them and even protect them. The subject remains in this state until a heal, limited wish, miracle, or wish spell is used to cancel the effect of the feeblemind. A creature that can cast arcane spells, such as a sorcerer or a wizard, takes a -4 penalty on its saving throw.

The mothman's mind fog similarly seems to have no effect on him.

Tyrandro and Ayako both realize the spell for what it is: a project image. This dangerous illusion creates a quasi-real copy of the caster from the Plane of Shadows in which the caster can speak and even cast spells through. However, the spell requires line of effect to remain active, so the real version of Togomor cannot be very far. Also, if line of effect is blocked, the spell immediately ends. If Ayako, wants to change her action, she can.

Invisibilty purge's description says the radius is 5 ft./caster level so since Laori is CL 11, the radius would be 55 feet. I'm not going to add a circle to the map because it will basically encompass all relevant rooms anyway.
Tyrandro and Laori head back to the barracks. When Laori's spell goes off, Togomor's invisibility is stripped from him and he is clear to see standing in the center of the room. He smirks, "So you found me. Do you think I'm not warded in a dozen other ways? I will show you what a master from the Acadamae can do."
Laori acted first, so if Tyrandro wants to take an attack action he can. Sebastian might also want to try to attack. Also, the mothman's greater invisibility would also not function in the invisibility purge if Ayako wants to change that too. I'll give everyone a little time in case anyone wants to make any revisions with Togomor's location being revealed. Otherwise, I'll keep your posted actions as is. I'll post Round 6 either tonight or tomorrow, depending on when I get time then or how soon others post.

Round 5
Iolana takes Sebastian's hand and the two pass through a dimensional wrinkle to appear directly behind Togomor. Sebastian takes the opportunity to plunge his weapon into Togomor's back multiple times. Togomor was unprepared for Sebastian's sudden and brutal assault and Sebastian pierces several vital organs before he can turn his bloat around. As he collapses to the floor with a thunderous boom, a strange smile of relief spreads on his face, and he speaks a few dying words, "Thank you..."
I thought maybe Togomor would last another round but he couldn't withstand two crits and 258 damage. That's with 40 damage absorbed by stoneskin. He didn't even get off any cool spells. Boo! Oh well. ;-)
The round got a little convoluted with who is going when. So I'm going to assume Iolana casts teleport instead of haste in Round 5. Otherwise, if she waits for Round 6, Togomor will get a turn.
The barbed devils remain a minor threat still though.

The two trapped devils still remain grappled despite their best efforts and vilest curses.
The third devil makes a reappearance by coming down the Epochal Tower staircase to confront Ayako alone in the Workshop. The devil causes the dim fires from the smithy forge to burst into blinding fireworks (pyrotechnics). "All alone, my pretty? I'll eat you first."

You create a phantasmal image of the most fearsome creature imaginable to the subject simply by forming the fears of the subject’s subconscious mind into something that its conscious mind can visualize: this most horrible beast. Only the spell’s subject can see the phantasmal killer. You see only a vague shape. The target first gets a Will save to recognize the image as unreal. If that save fails, the phantasm touches the subject, and the subject must succeed on a Fortitude save or die from fear. Even if the Fortitude save is successful, the subject takes 3d6 points of damage.
If the subject of a phantasmal killer attack succeeds in disbelieving and possesses telepathy or is wearing a helm of telepathy, the beast can be turned upon you. You must then disbelieve it or become subject to its deadly fear attack.

Round 6
Laori casts air walk on Tyrandro and as he charges down the hallway, it is as if he is running up an invisible staircase until his head is brushing the ceiling. The black tentacles nearly reaching the ceiling themselves lick at his boots but do not grapple him. Tyrandro fires a single arrow the dodges through the forest of tentacles to find the devil's fiendish flesh. The barbed devil's AC is 24 while grappled (-2 AC) and I'll give Tyrandro a +1 bonus to hit for high ground. Barbed devil 2 takes 20 damage. I don't think Tyrandro overcomes DR 10/good?

The burst of light temporarily blinds Ayako. She tries looking around but all she sees are dark spots dancing in front of her vision. Ayako is blinded for 3 rounds. The blindness does not prevent Ayako from completing the summoning of the Babau demon. Was that going to take an action?

The barbed devil's spell resistance blocks out the phantasmal killer before it even forms in its mind.

Round 6
Ayako's babau stabs at the barbed devil but it is not very effective. The spear at least least the babau attack without fear of the barbed devil's spikes.

Then Sebastian bamfs onto the scene and eviscerates the barbed devil until there is nothing left but a puddle of putrid ooze. Ayako is not to pleases with the sudden burst of warm liquid. The barbed do leave a mark of Sebastian's arms for his intrusion however.
Barbed devil 3 takes 253 damage and is very dead. Sebastian takes 47 damage from the devils barbed defense on 4 attacks.

One of the barbed devils finally frees itself from the tentacles and makes a mad run for the north barracks. "Bloody hells! Lend aid, you b+%#&es!" it shouts and four armored Gray Maidens rush out to join the fight but are stopped short by the wall of tentacles filling the mess hall.

Round 7
Most of the party hangs back behind the black tentacles while Tyrandro peppers the room with arrows. He kills the fleeing barbed devil and tries two shots at the trapped one but they are batted away by the flailing rubbery arms. Barbed devil 2 takes 136 damage and dies.
Ayako heals Sebastian. His most mortal wounds close but he still bears a handful more. Sebastian heals 24 damage. Currently at 49/117 hp after heal. I also have: Ayako 70/89, Iolana 46/79, Tyrandro 110/123. Laori is uninjured.
Ayako's summons can also help mop up the rabble if she wants. The babau has self-teleport and the mothman can fly.
The tentacles still have a minute left (10 rds.) on the duration but Iolana can also dismiss at any time if she wants to.
