Thanks Llorva! Kwannon, are you readying your axe to throw it (standard action) or are you moving to stand next to the door? Just one thing about the acid - you could only have dropped your axe as a free action and drawn the acid as a move and that would have been your surprise round. So make your choice. :-)

I think Kwannon was talking about casting acid splash, not drawing a vial of acid.
@Kwannon... you might consider rushing in. If the trogs are all flat-footed, then they'll not get any attacks of opportunity on you. So you could rush in and make room for others to enter. Is that right, @DM?Or maybe you could rush in and get swarmed... :(
Kwannon runs to the door and positions herself to be able to attack when the door opens.
You all see the door opening through the hands of a slightly frightened young troglodyte and a little farther back three troglodytes are standing with javelins raised. When they see you they all three throw their javelins at you although none of them connect.

GM, besides some positioning problems of your trogs there’s some other errors in this combat. The most egregious being, why would the trogs get full attacks after moving? Even if they had a feat like pounce, they shouldn’t be able to ‘ charge ‘ around corners ; I’d be happy to help if you have some rules questions; for now I’m going on the assumption my character is un- injured as it was the 3rd attack that hit her. Also where are you positioning my enemy not on top or through the stairwell I hope!
Thanks for pointing that out!!!! In my home game that would have worked this way: ... I say they full attack and my rules guys say "Nooo!" :-).
So they would try to make a move action and try to jump over the stairway (as they cannot move through your spaces) to land on the other side of the stairway and attack once with their club. Thus, please ignore the full attacks which leads to no damage for Ruslo and Llorva!

The first troglodyte appears in front of Kwannon and tries to jump over the stairway but is not successful. Thus all the other troglodytes are still behind him waiting to enter the room.

The Pathfinders were able to frighten one opponent and Kwannon was able to hurt one quite badly but. Unfortunately, Llorva's and Ruslo's attacks did not hit.

Fuzzy and Bobby in a joint effort decide to attack and with a flying sword pierce the troglodyte that was already injured by Kwannon so that he falls to the ground.
Llorva aims her bow at the troglodyte standing next to the door and shoots the arrow although it does not pierce his thick hide.

Glad that he is no longer standing so close to an angry trog, Rumple seeks to keep it that way by taking a 5' step backwards. But he cannot simply let everyone else do the work, so he gathers himself and fires a frosty ray at the trog in the doorway. "Cursed stairway, throwing off my aim!" fumes the odd little dwarf after his ray his the stairway instead of the trog.
