Niles how high are the tubes, looking at Jarreck being able to go over the one at the end, bypassing the androids. Also with haste I believe Jarreck could have been able to reach Omo in the mist, with haste and the withdraw would have been around 110' right, since he has a 40' base.

Forgot about the 40' base movement. The Tubes are about 10' high, and so require climb checks or acrobatics to get on top of them. Leaping down is easier and simply requires movement.

However, in the future if you are posting actions and the action you want to do has some contingency on if I allow a certain thing or if something else happens, just post two actions with if/then statements. That way I can resolve rounds and we don't have to wait.

The archon vanishes one moment and almost instantly appears next to the prone form of Mort. It speaks an unearthly word and bluish light surrods the horrendously wounded gnome. Morts breathing becomes noticbly more regular.

The archon tells them, "I have done what little I can for him, I must go now." It fades away and is gone.
We need to heal Mort, and decide what to do with our captive. I'm in favor of tieing Seerath up, asking some pointed questions and handing him(?) over to the local authorities.

It's a her...in fact all of the defective androids are female. And they all look somewhat similar.
Upon further reflection and study, all of the androids bear a striking resemblance to Seven.

She is momentarily stunned when a notification appears on her HUD: 'Databank: Aurora -- access granted.' Knowledge and understanding floods into her, she examines one of the fallen androids 'Designation: Nine. Status: Failure, insufficient capabilities.' Puzzled and frightened she looked at another one, 'Designation: Fourteen. Status: Failure, neurocortex inadequate.'
She suddenly looks over to her companions and tells them, "I have been here before. Before. Before I was me. I believe I was created here in this lab. I wonder if it is still functional."
About to say something more, she stops suddenly and notices Mort and Guaire are unconscious. She waits while they are healed.
I'm going to assume Omo does this, since she doesn't have high enough UMD yet to do this reliably.

Seven knows that this was once an operational Android foundry that has now lapsed into disrepair. She knows that Androids like herself live a long time, and their "souls" reinhabit the same body many times. This knowledge combined with the visuals of the androids that bear an uncanny resemblance to her lead her to believe that this foundry was programmed to create Androids that resembled her.
The unconscious Seerath (i went ahead and figured she would go unconscious from the nonlethal damage of the Orb) looks remarkably like Seven except for the notable scar. Wall of the deformed androids look as if whatever process created them was badly malfunctioning at the time of their creation.

"Door heading outside is secure, I think. However there's a long hallway over there leading further into the ship that is unexplored, if we bunk for the night we need to use on of the rooms here." Pointing down the hallway created by the long tube and the side of the craft.

You get the sense from listening to her that she honestly thinks that this ship is in space and merely "stuck" in an asteroid.

Problem1, she's not a machine any more than Seven is one. Problem 2, she is nowhere close to indifferent, if she were free and had a weapon she would be trying to kill you.
However, I'll reward the out of the box thinking and the nat 20 with some additional information.
Seerath stops struggling for a moment and becomes more lucid.
The Smoke Wizard found her, but only a small part. The rest of Her is in the Scar. He took Her body but not her Mind, he took Her like the Dominion takes Minds. Don't let them take your mind too!!!!
