If Hralyk can move so that Ramenhotep can 5' step towards the donkey rats, he'll do so and take his attacks.

Hralyk hears Ramenhotep's request and, remembering the verbal lashing he received the last time he attempted to bring glory to himself, decides to swing and make room. However, this disrupts his rhythm enough that his blow flies wide of its intended target.
