Huerto, I mean that if you even had line of sight to the dretch, witch everyone had to since they attacked it last turn, that you had to be within the sinking cloud, as there is literally just enough space in part of the maze to handle all of you.

And that means I have to review a lot of information and do a fair bit of behind the scenes work as I set up an introductory post to the wrecked city.

Ok, so, in the furture-

Bluff checks in the game will likely be handled in secret-

I'll roll both the sense motive of the player and bluff of the liar in secret, as to avoid it being obvious when someone is lying by having clear rolls on screen.

If this is a bad thing in anyone's opinion, let me know, and I'll do it publicly.

Sounds fine to me, although if we doubt someone is telling us the truth, can we still roll our own bluff check to see if we can tell for sure? Not sure how that will work, since we won't have any idea whether you did it behind the scenes already or not.

You can roll your sense motive, and I'll pit it agaisnt the roll I made earlier, letting you take the better for the suspicion.

They have full hit points, but anvina and avarash are still crippled and blind, respectively.

According to the AP, both conditions can only be removed with regenerate.

Anvina wouldn't have been able to stand without a splint if you hadn't healed her to full health in the first room of the game- doing so reduced several penalties associated with the bad leg, but still keeps the 15 foot movment speed.

Yeah, but especially with the looser maneuver restrictions from Feat Taxes, I still wonder exactly which maneuver you would use for this kind of trick. It seems like there should be one, at least for creatures that fly using wings.

You can't really 'trip' them because it's about knocking their legs out from under them. You could entangle them, maybe, or grapple them. Or just damage them, then they have to make a fly check (admittedly at DC 10) to stay aloft. Feat Tax Rules are about making combat maneuvers more accessible, really, not making them stronger.

Hey all. I know it has been a couple of months but I just wanted to hop in and apologize for up and abandoning the campaigns I was in. I had a 48-hour notice that I was leaving the country for my job (which wasn't even supposed to be an option but we had an emergency come up in the form of another guy having to come home and I was the only one who COULD leave on short notice) and literally haven't had public internet until now (I returned home on Friday). I'm not in here trying to get my spot back or anything like that, I just wanted to apologize and hope it didn't cause you guys any issues with the campaign.

Tbh I’m just glad you aren’t actually dead. Having to leave the country with no notice is certainly more important than a game, and I’m glad things seem to have worked out for you.

If you decide to sneak around, I'll need a stealth check from everyone (though the terrain grants a rather large bouns. Alternatively, you could detour far enough away that the woman has no chance of hearing you at all.

I don't mind rolling if that is what you want, but I'd rather just detour, since the likelihood is that dicebot will have it in for at least one person. If she didn't hear us on the way in, backtracking and going around should hopefully work.

The power and location of each aura, and what demon lord, if any, a demon is most closely affiliated with. If an aura is outside your line of sight, you discern the direction but not its exact location.

I think Coup de Gras is a full round action, so I was getting ready (had to draw my sword and stuff), and wanted to give party members time to object if they were going to, but will do it next round unless one of them says something against it. Seems too dangerous to keep him around because letting him go is out of the question, and allowing him to escape would just end in more tragedy. He's an evil psychopath. He isn't going to stop. Maybe the other prisoners aren't that bad, but...? Hard call.

Also, sorry about this, but flying to Vancouver in the morning to help my brother. Not sure if I will have a chance to post from there or not, so might be essentially offline until the 4th. Apologies for the late notice. Please bot me as needed.
