Valik, will stand up after putting himself out. He dusts himself off briefly, then glares at the mad bomber on the ledge. He moves over to broken staircase, and attempts to hop on top of it.

GM Harker |

The remaining ground goblin ducks under Quiella's scimitar just in time to avoid being hit.
Valik stands up and attempts to jump up to the second level. His leap misses the mark and it seems like he might fall. Valik, please make a DC 20 Reflex save to catch the other side and avoid falling. If that fails, you may make another Acrobatics check to soften the fall.
Severely injured from the two arrows sticking out of him, the bomb-throwing goblin jumps down from the upper level, landing on his feet and eyeing the door perhaps for a potential escape.
The sticky remains of a bomb continue to burn ranger, bringing him close to death. You take 6 more fire damage, Halkale. That brings you down to 0 HP and gives you disabled condition.
When you are disabled, you are also staggered, which means you can't take the full-round action to put yourself out. If one of your party members want to take a full-round action to smother the fire, we'll just say that'll put it out.
A character with 0 hit points, or one who has negative hit points but has become stable and conscious, is disabled. A disabled character may take a single move action or standard action each round (but not both, nor can he take full-round actions, but he can still take swift, immediate, and free actions). He moves at half speed. Taking move actions doesn’t risk further injury, but performing any standard action (or any other action the GM deems strenuous, including some free actions such as casting a quickened spell) deals 1 point of damage after the completion of the act. Unless the action increased the disabled character’s hit points, he is now in negative hit points and dying.

The remaining goblin freaks out when his boss dies and attempts to flee the room, scrambling past Quiella, Halkale, and Moadis in the process.
The above mentioned PC's have AoO's if they want them. I don't believe Halkale has a melee weapon out at the moment, and probably doesn't want to go unconscious to attack.

Quiella then rushes over to Halkale, takes off her cloak and smothers the flame consuming the poor ranger. Although Halkale is still conscious, the pain he's experiencing probably makes him wish that wasn't the case.
When the goblin bodies are searched, the following can be found--

Ophelia looks around at her allies. A small sizzling burn on her own arm from a droplet of the liquid fire. Halkale, covered in burns. Valik, burned, and battered from his fall. That done, she looks over the possessions of the goblin firebugs. "Some of these will be useful," she comments, nudging the flasks of alchemist's fire in particular. "There's something to be said for using their own weapons against them."

The group heals up from the nearly deadly encounter with the alchemist goblin and divides up the items found on the creatures. When everyone is ready, you continue through the tunnels until you come to the next room.
A large stone channel bisects this dank chamber. Thick masonry pipes clutter the room, feeding into the channel or flowing across the ceiling. A stone walkway without a railing crosses the channel, but crude barbed caltrops litter the length of this bridge. The entire chamber is damp and moldy, and the faint sound of dripping water resonates softly through the area.
From the main floor, it’s a 10-foot drop into the dirty brown water that flows sluggishly through the channel.
Waiting on the west side of the bridge is a goblin dressed in a jester's motley and brandishing a whip. In front of him stands two others dressed in leather armor and holding horsechoppers.
"You're either very lucky or very dumb. By the looks of you, super dumb it is!" The jester goblin mocks the group as you come into view.
The goblin wearing the brown hat on the map is the jester.

Moadis' AoO did hit, but it did not confirm. Quiella's threat also failed to confirm.

Limping from the caltrop still stuck in his foot, the half-elf then moves west to engage the singing goblin, striking hard once again with his sword.
Quiella successful navigates her way across the bridge without stepping on any caltrops, joining Moadis in hitting the singer with her scimitar.
The motley clad goblin looks terrible from the wounds he just received, but remains standing.
