Nah, no worries about my toes! I firmly believe that a player should play what he likes! Sometimes it's nice to have multiple characters with the same class - makes for good friendly rivalries and companions!
Charyx is infinitely curious having never really been off his home world, and he is always interested in how other folks use their technology. So another mechanic will instantly pique his interest.
@GM Friendly - Question that I forgot to ask: can a drone take Improved Unarmed Strike? I was thinking of having the drone take the feat, and explain it as him whooping things with his tail...

I wonder if it's too late to drastically change my submission... I'm thinking for my first foray into Starfinder, I should write a core race... like a human.
I did have a stupid, but possibly hilariously effective idea: an "action vlogger". An up and coming Absalom info sphere blogger who earns some internet fame with a droid building series, and decides to up the stakes in hopes of getting a bigger audience by joining the Starfinder Society and vlogging his adventures, with the aid of a camera drone.

The icon theme goes very well with this. Something to note about the weirdness of starfinder point buy is that your odd stat in what is functionally an 11 point buy almost doesn't matter (a merc archetype can use an odd strength for carrying capacity, you can use it to make a prereq.. thats about it) so if you have an 11 charisma and 10 points it really doesn't change anything.
Little more than 2 hours left for final submissions and tweaks, I’m starting to comb through everything and should have the final roster and opening post up by tonight.
