Cassius sneaks close with the others and plays the sandman for them. All but one fall immediately asleep.

If I'm within 10 ft or less of the conscious one, I'll full attack with my arcane mark combo and a 5 ft step. If not, then I'll standard action charge so only the first attack will apply but it will be at an attack bonus 4 points higher since no -2 and +2 from charge.

The thug is confused about why his companions fall down and just as he turns to Cassius as the casting gave his position away, zea charges in and cuts the thug. Saul tries the same but only hits the armor.

Cassius tries to send the thug to sleep again. And Saul too. Zea quickly ends the thug, even before he hits the ground from the magic sleep.
Combat over
Sleep is a 10ft radius burst. You don't cast that on a single person. And it affects creatures with lowest HD first. Vs higher CR enemies it might even send only the party to sleep if aimed badly.

Saul rubs his eyes and yawns. "You ok, Logan? Lets beat the concrete, then." He pulls Logan up and steadies him. But then he sees the note Cassius is leaving and Saul frowns. "You don't think that will bring heavy retribution down on the the city's elf population, do you? That would be wrong."

Jarithe will assist in gathering up the valuables quickly and quietly while Saul releases Logan waiting and continuing performing until Logan is free including him in the performance so he can see through the mist.
When all are awake and ready Jarithe will leave the area swiftly to return to the hide out.

"I didn't get this good at forging by ignoring details like that," Cassius smiles, pointing to a slight error in declension. "But look at it this way ...if they ARE stupid and blame the elves ...that's a sleeping giant they'd best not wake, and a powerful ally for us."

Zea nods at the deception and follows along quietly. I hope we don't bring too much trouble down on the elves... Once they're safely away from the park, she asks "What now? Hocum's?"

I gave two sets of manacles to Zea and two to Jarithe in the party loot sheet. They can come in handy. Saul already carries around 4 sets.
Saul guides the party and Logan through the dark streets of Kintargo, cutting through alleyways and back streets, to get to the Longroads Coffeehouse.
He whispers, "Let's get rid of the extra weight, but then... why not, Zea? We are all dressed up and have no where else to go."

Dead weight= Logan. Jarithe, we should be okay, now that we can get past DR. We can't rest before every fight!
Assuming we get to the Longroads safely, Saul helps Logan down the stairs and enters the hideout.
Saul looks at Logan. "He'll be okay. He's safe here, and WON'T go anywhere, right, pal?"

Zea nods, agreeing with Saul. She turns to Jarithe. "Your spells and ability to protect us with your spear is still very helpful. Let's do it tonight before they get a bunch of guards."

Logan gets some care from Laria who starts bringing him back to his old self by feeding him pastries.
The group uses the dark of the night to move to the Fantasmagorium again. From the outside it looks just like the last time when the group left. The main entrance door is locked.

Zea crouches by the main entrance door. "Are we gonna try this way again?" She looks around listening quietly, concerned there may be more guards around.

If the group decides to head in this way, Zea does her best to help with the lock.
