Brother Grergof Varsk |

Looking at Spuginor, Beother Varsk says:
You still look a bit shaky, Mr Redgrave can you help him any more before we Proceed?

Stam Truthfinder |

Stam will move up towards the elemental, waving his hand to dimiss the creature.
"Thank you again, I am sorry that you were so damaged this time. Get some rest."
Stam then moves to help Spugnoir get off the ground.
"I feel useless against a creature as such, there is not much I can do against them. I will make sure to bring some help again of we encounter such a thing again."

GM Foxy |
You speak Terran? If not the elemental deducts from your tone that you're trying to say something nice ;) Please be aware that opening any doors here is a dangerous thing.
As you now look around you see a cart standing in the courtyard but it's empty. You have a door to the north, next to the door you came in. And a large double door to the east.

Stam Truthfinder |

I do not, nor did I think of that, it has been a long day for Stam. He is tired hungry and just wants to sleep.
Stam looks around the room, taking a deep breath and keeping his wand in his hand.
"Well gentlemen, we came here for you guys to get a reward. Now we are being beaten on, for a beast we really don't know. Is life with you 3 always like this?"
"not that I am complaining, they are a rather interesting bunch"

GM Foxy |
It's nice that you take the time to talk to your summons. But it might indeed be worth a skill point to learn that language if you default to earth elemental because that would improve your options quite a lot if you can tell it what to do in battle and open for some role play with your summons.

Darius Redgrave |

"Indeed Grergof. Here this should help." Darius says and puts a hand on Spugnoirs shoulder and his hand starts to glow.
Swapping out Heat Metal for CMW

Spugnoir2 |

Just a moment Darius, I have A potion and a wand available. Save your spells for combat since we are no doubt going to have quite a bit of trouble.
SPugnoir will drink a potion of CLW
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
And then tap himself with the healing wand
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Darius Redgrave |

"Ah yes. You have a point Spugs." Darius says as he looks up at the building and tower they're now trying to get in to.

Brother Grergof Varsk |

Grergof looks around a bit.
They clearly do not want visitors. Mr. Spugnoir, I know you are good with locks, can you also look for traps?
I have a feeling that the owners of this factory may have put more then just this beast to keep people out.
If you can search and clear one of the doors, I'll take the lead in opening it. I suggest that one.
He points to the door closer to the tower.

Brother Grergof Varsk |

As Spugnoir checks the door.
Grergof whispers to Stam.
At least my days are normally not quite this exciting...

Darius Redgrave |

While Spugnoir checks the door Darius walks up to Grergof and says "Iomedae is pleased with your efforts here Grergof. I have no doubt that we will win this night."
Grants Touch of Glory to Grergof: +5 Bonus to any one Charisma based Skill or Ability check for one hour.

Brother Grergof Varsk |

Grergof takes the lead and carefully opens the door.
Note his flail is still out.

GM Foxy |
This chamber contains numerous boxes, crates, and bales of straw for packing. And three creatures that look like they are composed of the parts of different creatures. But they are not stitched together. A claw like a crab, an arm like an ape, one eye like an insect, and so on. Everyone looks different.

Brother Grergof Varsk |

Do I see any other exits from the room?

GM Foxy |
The room has an exit at the back.
Init Creature1: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19
Init Creature2: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21
Init Creature3: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Init Grergof: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
Init Spugnoir: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
Init Darius: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Init Stam: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12
The creatures stop with their work and grab their clubs.

Brother Grergof Varsk |

Do any of them detect as evil?

Darius Redgrave |

Darius moves into the room and stands between Spugnoir and Grergof, casually placing his hand on his sword.
"No need for violence everyone. Can we just talk about this?"
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (14) + 13 = 27

Stam Truthfinder |

K. Nature: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
"I have seen these before, Mongrelmen I think, they are mutated from a Human I think."
Stam holds up his hands in a peaceful manner.
"We come in peace, we are just looking to talk with your bosses. We have some questions."
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (2) + 13 = 15

Brother Grergof Varsk |

Grergof says quietly to his companions.
No Evil

Brother Grergof Varsk |

Sense motive: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18
step aside and let them pass! I they they are prisoners here trying to get out.
Grergof steps to the side of the door and only tries to dodge if they attack.
Full Defense
If they pass without attacking him he says:
Be careful on the street. Many people may not trust you because of how you look. You may want to consider looking up the Crooked Kin, they may take you in and give you a home as performers.

GM Foxy |
The strange humanoids run through the door, through the courtyard and out on the street and further without stopping or looking behind them.

Brother Grergof Varsk |

You all search, I'll stand guard.
Grergof guards the entrance in the back of the room but tries to watch both doors
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

Brother Grergof Varsk |

Im standing guard, I assume you are not asking me right??? Because I would call that stealing. But it would also be a highly effective weapon when we inevitably run into more flesh golems.

Spugnoir2 |

Alchemy items and more bleach, plus some nice wine. These could help if there is another golem dog. Spugnoir takes an alchemist fire and another of ice.

Darius Redgrave |

Darius nods but doesn't take anything. He keeps his hand on his sword and keeps watch at the door that Grergof isn't at.
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19

Brother Grergof Varsk |

If we are ready, Spug, pick a door to check and we move on.

GM Foxy |
Darius didn't say which door as there are two that Grergof is not guarding. I assume the one at the back of the room you're in.
As everyone is ready Darius opens the door. This simple stable contains two stalls filled with straw, one of which holds an ancient horse one step away from the knacker’s yard. It draws it's iron shod hoof over the ground in search for food. The other stall looks like the three creatures had their resting place here.

Brother Grergof Varsk |

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Grergof watches and listens for any threats against his companions flail at the ready.

Spugnoir2 |

Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28
Place is empty, next door. I guess the sound we heard was just the old horse. Supgnoir gives the old horse some oats for what might be it's last meal.

Darius Redgrave |

"I wonder if those were the only workers so far, who or what else is running this place? I guess there's only one way to find out." Darius says, now finally drawing his sword and moving on.

Brother Grergof Varsk |

Mr. Spugnoir, can you open this?

Stam Truthfinder |

"I wonder if those Mongrelmen could talk? I assume not since they would have proven good workers to keep secrets.
In the Stall
Stam will walk over to the horse, petting it and giving it some food if there is some available.
"We should free this beast, take him with us. Grergof could use a mount"

Brother Grergof Varsk |

Yes, I think the horse needs to go to pasture. Not be forced to carry me.

Stam Truthfinder |

"I just thought maybe you could love it, Spugs could you not make a potion to make it young again?"
Stam will continue to look around nervous.
"Sorry I have never had my magic fail me like this before, I am a bit nervous that I won't be of help."
