In the sleepy coastal town of Sandpoint, evil is brewing. An attack by crazed goblins heralds the shadows of forgotten past returning to threaten the town- and perhaps all of Varisia.

For the sake of convenience, I'll just say that you all get a Surprise Round to either run or take an action against the goblins. Their turn can wait in this crazy initiative order...

Nante moves from T2 to R4 and nocks an arrow he then fires at the goblin at P15, I think? Maybe Q15? It's hard to tell.

Your flight takes you right next to Krissina, where the sand manages to absorb some of the impact from your impressive acrobatics.

@Sarvin:

Your crossbow bolt misses and lands next to the goblin's foot. It notices the attack, and barks at its companions that there are more opponents to come fight them.

The goblins closest to the party ignore the group of frightened children and leap and jump towards the new "prey" of oncoming longshanks.

@Kriss: Make an AoO against the goblin dog about to maul Jovalson. It moved past you to get to the cleric.

And manages to somehow slice its head off! As the decapitated corpse drops to the bloody sand, gushing vitae in torrents, the children behind her give a ragged cheer and thank the gods for guiding her sword.

Sorry for going ahead, but I just wanted to get that off my chest. Ugh, mass combat is a b!tch...but now the turn will proceed as normal.

Someone shifted the map. I fixed it, so I'll assume that you mean Goblin R13.

Your attack slices through the goblin, sending its head flying through the air in conjunction with a fountain of foul blood. The body crashes to the sand with a crump, twitches for a few moments and lays still.

I'm 40' away. The spell range is (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels). Did you move first?

I'm going to move Sarvin down the dock bridge the minimum distance so he can cast it at max range, so that's Q3-->N3. I'll also enlarge my size, reducing my AC to 16.

Goblin weapons only Crit on a 19 or 20. It's pure and sheer happenstance that the 1d4 rolled max damage. How soon can we start that petition about hacked virtual dice?
