Krissina never knew her parents, she was found abandoned near Candlekeep and taken in by the monks there, where she spent the first sixteen years of her life. While she learned a great passion for books and knowledge there, she always longed to see what was beyond the walls.
Since coming of age, she tagged along with a passing caravan and left Candlekeep behind, to explore and learn to both apply and spread the knowledge she learned as well as pick up more practical skills.
