"Perhaps I can dazzle them with my charm and wit?" Carlyle poses. He walks up boldly to the lizardfolk, maintaining about 30' between him and the strangers.

"Greetings! I am Carlyle the Flamboyant, master knife thrower and carnivalist extraordinaire! Is something amiss? Has someone killed your dinosaur?" he bares his hands as he speaks to show no weapons.

Myrd casts a spell to make one of them friendly before Carlyle calls out to them. They look up from the nest they are guarding and one of them calls out in Draconic, "More intruders! Quick, defend the nest!"

"Wait, no!" the other one says (the one Myrd charmed). "These ones are friends."

"How do you know?" the first responds (still in Draconic).

"They are friends! Trust me! Come here, friends! What do you need?"

The seem only to speak Draconic.

Dustwich shoots nervous glances at the lizardfolk from their hiding place, but relaxes a little when it seems that Myrd has established a rapport with them. Approaching the tengu, they say in Common, "Good job, Ambassador. Uh, I think? What are they saying? Do you think we can get those eggs peacefully? Can you find out if things can be patched up between the lizardfolk and the Krihirik?"

The friendly lizardfolk nods along with Myrd and responds, "Oh sure! I think we could do that."

The other lizardfolk does not seem amused and gives his friend a strange look, trying to figure out what's going on. "We were told to guard them against any and all intruders. What's gotten in to you? Our cache has already been attacked once."

The other keeps trying to reassure his increasingly nervous friend, "But they're friends! If they want an egg, we should let them take it!"

The two lizardfolk seem to be an impasse.

The unsure lizardfolk makes some conciliatory motions and responds, "Our tribe does not wish them to terrorize any more. We will take these eggs back and use them for foodstuffs." He still seems a bit unsure of you, but is even more unwilling to take all of you on by himself, as his friend seems enamored of you.

"Yes, good idea!" the other says. "You will be a good help in watching over the eggs! Take them and guard them safe!"

The first lizardfolk mumbles something about, "Better not get us in trouble...."

You are able to collect the eggs and safely stow them. There are six of them; I need to know who is carrying how many of them. It is relevant below.

Suddenly, a few hundred yards from the dinosaur nest, the ravine falls silent—no birds, monkeys, or other jungle creatures are audible. A few heartbeats later, a bellowing roar echoes through the ravine, causing countless small birds and animals to abandon their hiding places and scatter as quickly as possible. A series of great shuddering cracks herald the downfall of several trees in the distance, and a second thunderous roar pierces the air, followed by the frantic shouts of panicked humanoids. Suddenly, a massive dinosaur bursts out of the jungle to the southwest, pursuing a dozen leather-clad explorers through the ravine. The furious creature sweeps up a straggler into its massive jaws and flings the screaming victim off into the jungle, roars, and rushes toward its next target.

This threat seems far above your paygrade and the best answer is to run.

This is essentially a chase, except that you are all working together. For every obstacle, you should choose between one of two options: attempt a check or use an ability (eg cast a spell). At the end of the turn, the highest check result is used with all others treated as aids.

If you roll a natural 1 while carrying an egg, you must make a Ref save or accidentally break one of the eggs.

If you fail a particular obstacle, you still move on after that round but the dinosaur and Aspis agents make headway on you. Essentially you just need to outrun the Aspis....

I've put a star on the map where the party is, since you are moving as a unit.

The Aspis agents run directly for you, the tyrannosaurus in hot pursuit! "Look out!" they scream. The lizardfolk panic and scurry off into the jungle.

First round! You can attempt the first obstacle by choosing one of the options presented. See the combat map.

The way I interpret it is that because you're working as a team you have to all try the same thing (Acrobatics or CMB in this case) but if you don't want to roll the check you can use a spell or ability to aid the effort in some way.

Good enough for this round:

Jocephus leads the way running down the ravine away from the fearsome dinosaur, leaving the Aspis running in the dustcloud of the much faster Pathfinders! The T-rex snaps at the heels of the trailing Consortium agents!

Unfortunately Jocephus must slow his pace as you spot several large boulders ahead!
