Odd thought. How would a gendered title work with an agender person? Dustwich, Duke of Dust or Duchess of Dust?

Well, neither. You could make up a gender-neutral one.
I also don't know if Duke/Duchess follows the same rules as the title of King. Which is to say, that a King and a Queen are not the same rank--if a person is a Queen, that means they're married to the King, and if they're an unmarried ruling Queen (like Queen Elizabeth I of England), then they're a Queen Regent, which is still technically below King (but only conceptually, since obviously a Queen Regent would still be the highest authority). This is all to say that there have been female Kings. I don't know if Dukes and Duchesses have unequal power and standing in the same way, though, or if they're just gendered terms for the same title.
And ALL THAT SAID, the title would be pretty ironic, because ol' Dusty is an escaped slave from a Cheliax, and so has no love for the nobility's customs and ranks. :P

As far as I am aware, they are merely gendered terms for the same title and position. I wonder if anyone has contemplated what titles to use for agendered people.
What about more simplistic titles in English? Mr. Dusty or Ms. Dusty?
EDIT: Found out that there is a Mx. honorific that was an attempt at a gender-neutral version.

Never heard of Mx. but that's interesting.
Titles like King/Queen and Duke/Dutchess are traditionally tied to gender, but I don't think they necessarily have to be. If Dustwich were to become the ruler of a nation, they would probably be called King Dustwich not for any gender reasons but because that title best fits their office.
For example, I read a book about Hatshepsut a few years ago. Most women were referred to as "Mother of the Pharaoh" or "Wife of the Pharaoh", even if they were acting Pharaoh after their husband died and before their son was old enough to rule. It was essentially similar to Queen Regent or something like that. But she rejected that and was consistently referred to as "Pharaoh", which was assumed to be a male title but she called herself Pharaoh anyways because that fit her role.
Of course, she also had herself depicted wearing male clothes in most of her pictography and most writings about her use the masculine pronoun. But despite what most people would assume from that, there is no evidence that she was trans-gendered or a lesbian. Historians think it was just a power move so that she would be treated more like a permanent male ruler rather than a temporary female ruler.

GM, Torean will purchase a vanity:
Temple (4PP): Can use heal to make day job rolls. Access Cure moderate Wounds or Lesser Restoration once per game session.

With Torean and Cyrinda leveling up, our APL is now 2.6, which rounds to 3. Since we have six players between tiers, it means we'll be playing the high tier with the four-player adjustment for the third part.
I think you guys should be ok as long as the high-tiers protect the youngsters.

Hey all! Sorry for the lack of posting. Getting adjusted to a new job (long commute, no chance to post during work hours), plus, as EF pointed out, there are only a few of us with the necessary skills just this second. :P
