The Flaxseed Pathfinder Lodge

The first hound lands one bite on the priest, which is just enough for Kaarim to stagger and start to fall... but just before he collapses from his massive wounds, suddenly his entire body erupts in flames for only a fraction of a second after which his armor and gear clatter to the floor with only a pile of smoking ash remaining behind.

Meanwhile Saabira glows briefly with a warm green light as her bardiche takes on a sickly dark glow....

Despite this, Tamerius' second hound is able to bite into Saabira three times and at Kahl' Heel's command Saabira answers, "Yes, master!"

Surprisingly, the voice is that of Emir Guldis: “You’ve done well to defeat my valued lieutenants, but I dare say you’re not prepared to face me. Let me provide you with an offer. Retreat from this foolish crusade against me and the elixir I’ve rightfully taken. In return, I shall depart Pashow forevermore. If you require more reason to turn around, know that your descent shall take you below the rioting streets of the city above. Davo:
Blue dragons are aligned to electricity. Sufficiently powerful dragons have spell resistance and DR/magic. They can also burrow quite effectively and are generally good with illusions and trickery....

Chun Hei steps 5ft forward and casts righteous might during the rumblings.

Then Chun Hei casts divine favor and walks forward to the edge.

The Flaxseed Pathfinder Lodge

There is a terrible groaning from the pillar near Chun Hei and after a tense couple of seconds, the pillar suddenly bursts under the weight of the roof.

piercing damage: 8d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 1, 6, 2, 1, 1, 6) = 20
DC 20 Ref for half, hits Chun Hei and Kahl' Heel

Suddenly the ground in front of Chun Hei then likewise explodes, albeit upwards this time! A mighty wind blows through the dust, and a vague outline can be seen but you are not sure what it is until the giant teeth of the beast are already snapping at Chun Hei... Standing amid the dust and debris is the mature blue dragon Loaralis herself!

damage: 2d8 + 12 ⇒ (6, 7) + 12 = 25

Everyone needs to make a DC 24 Will save against her frightful presence or be shaken for 5d6 rounds. Chun Hei takes a -2 penalty on this save.

Loaralis' body itself crackles with electricity as she moves closer to Chun Hei.

With all the terrors the gnome has faced, what is a dragon?

(Draconic)"You could have tried talking!"

"Careful of their breath weapons - well, that and wings, claws, tail, and especially the bite."

The gnome begins the lecturing of a naturalist and quickly adds a haste spell to the mix.

Added bonuses to second slide. I can't see Chun Hei on the slide, but I think he's out of range of the haste. I think everyone but him and Kahl' Heel gets haste.

Thorgan's weathered eyes take in the dragon as it ascends as he tries to dig back through all the suicidal missions the Decemvirate has sent him on, and if that black dragon a few years back was bigger or smaller...

Recognizing the electricity, Thorgan quickly guards himself against it.

Smiling, Thorgan glances down at his boots.

"Boots, have ah' told ye lately ah'm glad ah bought ye?"

Swift for judgements. Will also Judgement Surge this one. We'll do electrical resistance and saving throws. Standard to activate the boots. Thorgan will fly up 10 (or 15 if that's doable) to get an angle on the next round.

As a reminder, everybody except Timber/Kahl has communal resist 30 fire, electricity, acid and cold, along with life bubble from me. I'm assuming the blessing of fervor wore off, since there was a bit of travel between fights.
