I have several wands in case of need. Outside combat, I have only my wand of infernal healing but I could understand if someone doesn't want such spell to help him heal.

The Flaxseed Pathfinder Lodge

As soon as you are prepared, the conjurer sends you away to the site of the attack. You arrive at a scene of a brutal skirmish waged on multiple fronts. The smoldering ruins of numerous wooden carts fill the area. Wooden debris rests against the sides of long-eroded stone walls. Bodies are strewn about the area, many felled by hideous wounds. Shards of lead festoon the battlefield.

DC 20 Heal:
You can discern that the types of wounds vary between four distinct types: crossbows, swords, magic, and claws.

DC 24 Knowledge (arcana):
You can identify the lead remains as pieces of a lead golem and assess that the attacks that destroyed the golem were somehow able to bypass its damage reduction.

DC 18 Perception:
You find a single golembane scarab partially buried in the sand near a decapitated body.

A badly burned gnome is the lone Pathfinder survivor and now hides in the shell of the round tower. He calls out when he sees you looking through the wreckage. "Please! My name is Rotuzack Paan, I am a Pathfinder!"

"I was on the receiving end of a fireball early in the fight and managed to drag myself to safety and observe much of the assault from here. First there was a group of mostly human raiders, then a second attacked the convoy and they seemed to be at odds with one another. A member of the second group proclaimed loyalty to “Loaralis the Great” before cutting down one of our own."

The gnome nervously wrings his hands as he retells the horror, "And then, just as the raiders teleported away, some sort of dimensional beasts came, teleporting away with all of the remaining agents who were still alive."

Map is added and linked to the top. I recommend listing all of your buffs there with a text box to keep track of everything. At these high levels the many many buffs that can occur are often hard to track and remember, especially via PbP when several days might pass between casting and using a buff.

He turns to his comrades and adds the story seems to be confirmed by the marks on the corpses. It seems to be more than one player here wanting to unleash chaos.
If the Elixir is gone, our primary mission is a failure. Once we finish investigationg here, we need to consult Master Farrabellus and awaits new orders.

Chun Hei senses something wrong... You can technically take a surprise-round action if you'd like but at this point you don't see any enemies.

Soon after Chun Hei feels something happening, eight disgusting creatures suddenly appear around the party! These rugose figures rears up to a man’s height, its large hands bearing far too many twitching fingers and its muscles and tendons showing through on the outside of its body! "Oh no! They're back!" Rotuzack shrieks as he cowers back down into the corner of the ruins.

To make matters worse, their horrifying forms are blinking in and out of existence!

DC 18 Knowledge (planes):
The dimensional shambler is a vagabond of the realms between realms. With its ability to shift planes, it is no stranger to the weirdest the Great Beyond has to offer, and despite its brutish and unrefined intellect, its knowledge of the planes and the relationships between dimensions is significant indeed.

A dimensional shambler is humanoid in outline, yet it moves with a weird and alien gait that gives it the appearance of a creature not in full possession of its faculties, almost as if it were drunk or horribly wounded. Yet those who mistake this shambling posture as a sign of weakness swiftly learn of their error, for the dimensional shambler is in fact quite agile—the weird lumbering cadence of its movements is simply another outward manifestation of its inhuman countenance.
