@Milo: that's pretty much the process. Some GMs prefer you to just write everything down you are copying, add up the cost, and they check it over and put their signature. Since this is PbP and that's not really possible I'll just note it on your sheet for you.
Now you know more spells! Having played high-level wizards before, I will give this recommendation: whenever you play with another character with a spellbook, or if you find a spellbook during a scenario, or if you find a scroll during the scenario and don't use it, copy as many spells into your spellbook as you can. The low level spells are pretty cheap and the high levels aren't bad for what you're getting.
This is especially important if you have a bonded item because you can cast any spell that is in your spellbook once/day. So when there is an emergency and you say, "Ah, I wish had prepared X!" you can now say "at least it's in my spellbook" and use your bonded item. Even if you don't have a bonded item it's worth it to hear the briefing and then pick out the exact right spells for the situation.
Just my little bit of advice on wizardry.
I'll have the chronicle sheets up soon.

Ah, yes, for you new to PFS: no, you do not get to keep anything you found during the scenario. Essentially it all disappears and gets liquidated into your gold. When I post a link to the signed chronicle sheet you should print it off and keep it with your character sheet as a record of which games you have played. You also need to use your chronicle sheets to track your XP, Prestige, and Gold. You begin with 0 XP, 0 PP, and 150 gp. Note any purchases you make on the chronicle sheet and figure out how much gold you have left and then use this as the next sheet's "starting gold" (so essentially just keeping a tally of your purchases and gold).
Make sure to take your sheets with you when you play so you can prove to the GM that you have played X scenario and have enough money to buy the things you are carrying.

There you go! The game has been reported. Let me know if there are any problems!
I will leave this campaign active for another day or so to give people a chance to grab their chronicles and then I will be setting it to inactive. You should still be able to access it when it is inactive though.
