Deuce already said there wasn't any holy water. :(. I'm not sure what happened to the bandits that were injured. Did we just let them bleed out?

There was a post/comment earlier about cleaning out the room when the Lady Argenta got out of the cellar. I sort of thought that was the end of the bandits. If you want to retcon some actions to save some, I won't object.

I'm fine with leaving the bandits dead unless someone has a specific need for one? Just seems simpler at this point.
Once someone with a little more alchemical skill figures out what the alchemist's fire is we should split them up between us. Say 2 each for most of us and 1 for Rikael and Urga respectively as our most dedicated front-liners?

Once Rikael gets a mythic tier or two he's pretty much going to be the front line tank. For now he's kind of front line/defensive wall for the spellcasters-ish

For me as well. I'm going to imagine it will come with our final confrontation with Izoze but we could very well be surprised.

I imagine Rikael will be totally shit faced drunk when it happens and have some sort of vision. But, since he's usually shit faced drunk all the time, that's not unlikely. Haha

I'll leave the HP as a choice to each of you. I like rolling because it results in differentiated and unique characters. It does suck when you roll 1's for 2 or 3 levels in a row, though so if you want to use the Pathfinder Society method, I'm cool with that too.
Once you pick a method, you need to stick with it.

@Sildur - I don't have a problem with Entangle working in the snow, generally. As long as the area isn't specifically noted as desolate, there are always pine trees, roots, and seasonal items that should provide plant-based spells a way to work.
@Sturion - I'm not sure what you mean. In general, I'm good with all official material.

I believe Sturion is referring to the retraining rules that allow you to spend time and resources increasing your hp up to what they would be if you had rolled the maximum.

OK, I'm not super thrilled about the hit point training but this is one of the situations where it is very reasonable.
So, expect a slightly modified version of the rule shortly. I'm going to add some cost to it (like escalating cost. One or two points per level will be easy, the more you want the more it will cost) but it is basically OK.
Without giving too much in the way of spoilers, there are definitely times in the second and third book of the AP that you should have the
downtime to use the training.

Keep in mind, it escalates per level to begin with...right now, I'm already five points behind...that's 200 gold and 15 days if I can find a trainer and a place for it...30 days otherwise. If my hp were up to par, that's time I'd be spending toward a suit of full plate...I'd still prefer it, but if I do it and fail the roll...well, I really can't afford that. Next level is 60 gp per hp...by 10th, it's 200 gp per hp.
If you feel it needs to be more of an investment...ok...but it may lose value to me pretty quickly.

I've done a quick update of the loot sheet - I need to go back and double check. The mundane items total at 1896gp (316gp split), assuming we can sell for 50% value.
Please review the scrolls, oil vials, etc. and claim if you want. If no one claims, I'll add that to the total.
