Armen Corrick
Without hesitation, Armen launches two hasted arrows at what he imagines to be the original caster.
I still see only one on the map, so... I dunno how to resolve this. But my rolls will follow
arrow 1: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
arrow 2: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17
damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Shinami Genbu
I'm assuming for the sake of the plan, whoever had the second axe tossed it up to me to use for this endeaver
Following Armen's two arrows, two shiny silver axes attempted to bury themselves into the same target.
Second Hasted Attack 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 231d6 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Since he's frozen, don't know if sneak attacks apply here, but here are the rolls just in case.
Sneak attack 1 2d6 ⇒ (3, 6) = 9
Sneak attack 2 2d6 ⇒ (2, 1) = 3
Cecil Von Spirito
Cecil Spellcraft to identify spell cast (free action) 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
Might help if I actually added my modifier.
Owen swoops in to grab the now held caster and bring him to the ground near Cecil.
CMB 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
THough he's held so I'm not sure if that roll is necessary.
Once he's in range Cecil puts his crossbow into the man's throat and fires. Coup de grace with his crossbow. Damage 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (1, 4) + 2 = 7
He now needs to make a fort save DC 17 or die. ;-)
As a full-round action, you can use a
melee weapon to deliver a coup de grace (pronounced “coo
day grahs”) to a helpless opponent. You can also use a bow
or crossbow, provided you are adjacent to the target.
You automatically hit and score a critical hit. If the
defender survives the damage, he must make a Fortitude
save (DC 10 + damage dealt) or die. A rogue also gets her
extra sneak attack damage against a helpless opponent
when delivering a coup de grace.
Delivering a coup de grace provokes attacks of
opportunity from threatening opponents.
You can’t deliver a coup de grace against a creature that
is immune to critical hits. You can deliver a coup de grace
against a creature with total concealment, but doing this
requires two consecutive full-round actions (one to “find”
the creature once you’ve determined what square it’s in,
and one to deliver the coup de grace).

Sneak Applies.
Fort Save 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16
Lol! He almost made it.
Two axes shred the man's immobile body before returning to Shinami.
Owen swoops from the sky and tosses the helpless man toward Cecil, who executes him dispassionately.
Any changes to plan? Talk about how that went if you want. I'll post the arrival of the troops later this evening.
Shinami Genbu
"So, now that he's told his troops where we are, what's the plan? Defend this bottleneck? With this here, we only have to face a few at a time, instead of the danger of being surrounded. Wasn't there some story of old that had a troop of galant soldiers holding a pass against a force many times more?"

Owen will fly off and attempt to grab the woman. He's only going to make one attempt since he's lost the element of surprise. If arrows fill the air before he ever gets close he'll back off and come back to the others. Though this time Owen will fly with the sun at his back. That should provide sufficient cover for him to get close enough. (It's an old pilots trick. They can't look directly at you until you're close enough to block the sun with your body in this case that's going to be striking range.)
CMB to grapple the woman 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (17) + 9 = 26
Acrobatics 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27
Fly 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (8) + 11 = 19
Owen's AC is currently AC=29(10+3 Dex+6 Nat+1 Dodge+4 Mage armor +1 Deflection, +4 shield) It goes up to 33 when Leaving threat ranges ala mobility.
Cecil Von Spirito
"Wait! Owen! Come back! Before you go, take Bryce's potion of Blur! Should be harder for them to hit/detect you!" Shinami shouts out
'Hold it up.' Cecil says loudly
As Shinami holds up the vial Owen swoops in to grab it, drinking it on the way

We have a problem...Owen can't keep flying this far from Cecil. By the rules, he should have lost 75% of his hit points on the first flight. If he does it again, he'll be forced back to his home plane. Kayla can heal him I guess if you want to continue plan as is, but he does take damage being that far away from Cecil.

Crap. I forgot about that. Well, it's not the end of the world if he loses HP. He's got a ridiculous AC right now and I have the summon edilion spell if needed. Plus I have the heal spell for eidilons also. I think losing HP for this plan is ok. Anyone have a counter point?
Cecil Von Spirito
Sorry, that wasn't clear. Who is healing Owen? If he goes out without the healing, he'll lose another 75% of his maximum hit points. He'll be dismissed if he goes without healing.
Just reread the entry. It's worded weird. I thought it would reduce maximum HP, but it says current also. That blows. In that case owen will stay to help with the incoming horde.
Cecil Von Spirito
Armen glances at the body.
"Someone see if he has something useful!"
He will then peer down the gorge to the direction the troops are likely approaching from.
perception: 1d20+6
Cecil detects magic and searches the body. It is at his feet presently. ;-)

New Note ;I'm going to send Owen with 2 HP to try and gank the lady leader. If he dies I'll deal with that, but his AC is ridiculous so I suspect even if he can't succeed he wont get hit. We'll see. ;-)
Edit: Oh and he'll drink Shinami's Blur potion before engaging to increase chances of survivability. he'll only make one gank attempt then flee.

Owen flies off again. Moments later, he soars into view carrying a struggling figure. You all here a jolt of electricity!
Touch Attack 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (19) + 11 = 30 for 5d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 3, 4, 5) = 18
Owen vanishes with a howl of pain. The woman careens toward the ground!
"Silius Umbra!" She screams. She slams into the ground.
Fall damage 10d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 5, 1, 1, 2, 4, 6, 2, 3) = 33
The body is of a woman, though it is difficult to tell what she looked like, the face is concave and all four limbs are twisted in horrific ways.
Cecil Von Spirito
Armen flinches at the sound of impact.
"Is it dead?" he calls out. He glances back in the direction Owen approached from to see if anyone is coming.
Perception1d20+6
Cecil begins to reach down to search the woman and stops when Armen calls out. Instead he fires his crossbow at the woman's throat (coup de grace 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (1, 1) + 2 = 4)
"Can't be too careful."
Cecil then finishes the search of the bodies.

Your bolt passes through the body's throat clear to the other side! On this person, is a staff and a sword: both have magical properties. The most powerful though are the robes.
Armen's perception check tells him the woman is dead. Moreover, he heres the sound of hundreds of feet moving down the canyon!
Stealth Checks please.

Is the body an illusion?
Regardless grab the magical gear from both bodies and duck for cover.

Cecil's Will Save 1d20+5
Cecil grabs the ring and bracers off the first body, then turns his attentions to the woman. Suddenly, he realizes this corpse is an illusion and that she must still be nearby!
"The body is an illusion. The b*#!@ must still be around here somewhere!" Cecil exclaims.
Brynn Halistack
Brynn speaks up to the party before he hears the coming horde, "Remember, don't reveal yourselves until we've already been spotted or they're yelling to stop the stampede. No sense in picking one or two off when if they literally fall into our trap, they could lose dozens."
Stealth from behind my shield and such: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
Also, not meaning to metagame, but does that mean Owen is still alive? If the figure was an illusion, then how'd it cast something? I'm so unfamiliar with spells :/

Two things: 1. They are currently marching, not running. 2. The figure on the ground is an illusion. The one Owen grabbed wasn't...
Cecil Von Spirito
From his hiding spot Cecil casts Mage armor on himself.
He then attempts to see through Owen's eyes. If he can't it means owen has been destroyed. If that is the case then.
Cecil then casts Summon Eidolon (1 min/lvl)
Owen materializes at full health and Cecil frantically says
"Find her fast!"
Owen gets to work
Perception 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (18) + 16 = 34
Survival 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (11) + 14 = 25
Owen has scent and has smelled her before if that helps.

Noting Brynn's instructions, Armen will switch his ready action:
When the army is very close, Armen will use Ghost Sound, mimicking the voice of the second of Owen's victims, hoepfully goading the forces into charging off the cliff. DC 13 will save to disbelieve
They are ahead! Charge them! Charge now!

Ok, thanks for bearing with me. I should be able to post more betterer now.
Owen searches frantically for the woman but is unable to find her.
The enemy forces turn the corner of the ravine and begin to march down the canyon. The voice of the female commander rings out.
"They are ahead! Charge them! Charge now!"
The soldiers charge! A few of them spot Kayla as the run past, but they stick to their orders. Finally, they reach the cliff edge and the Dragoons spring their trap. Dozens fall over the edge before the stampede halts.
GO TO IT HEROES! HUZZAH!
Cecil Von Spirito
Cecil casts grease on the 10 foot square a edge of the cliff catchin the few who were just quick enough to stop at the edge.
Owen charges and barrel rolls sideways to try and throw his body a as many as possible to knock them over the ledge, his own body toppling with them over the edge. Good thing he can fly. :-)

Bull Rush can only target 1 creatureat a time. I will resolve this against the dude in F9. Owen will attempt to push all three off the edge.

Yea, I wasn't sure how to work that. He's launching his body at them more than trying to bull rush, but I'm happy with the outcome. ;-)
Armen Corrick
Armen gasps involuntarily at the number of them... then quickly finds his composure and unloads two arrows at the nearest minotaur.
