GM Bloodred
You hear the creak of the ship, as you slowly climb to consciousness, you note the two lanterns that are bolted to the walls in the wooden room you happen to be in. You can feel the movement of the timbers beneath you as if still drunk, you start to notice the pitch and yaw of what can only be a boat. You all happen to remember parts of the night before, drinking a little bit too much, the smell of exotic meats, the woman or man who might have been on your arm. These are all washed away when you each feel the onset of a splitting headache. You notice that for the most part you have none of you gear
On 1 or 2 very small items, a dagger, maybe a health potion, a spellbook, a scroll or two, your cleric symbol, something like that if i havent listed it ask and if its possible. Obviously all the money is gone.
Pretty much figure that weapons and armor are taken for sure.
From this point RP, however no standing this isnt a meet and greet, if you want to bellyache a little thats fine. After a little Master Scourge will come in, with 10 Pirates with him. (had to increase due to party size)
EDIT
Two ways for Animal Companion, Stealth or no Stealth, if Stealth roll the check but dont fail and want to go the no stealth route.
If Stealth, you notice your companion in the room sticking to the shadows till you awake. If your companion didnt stealth DC 18 Then he is hiding somewhere on board, waiting for you to come by. If you can sense your companion or familiar then it/he/she is on and will rejoin you if its a small companion, if its medium and will have a hard time perching on your should, Then i would suggest keeping it in the hold for now.
And away we go. Yes this is early.

Rachel opens her eyes from the noise. "By the spirits, not freaking again. Blasted Captain Redpants couldn't hold his liquor. Well lads 'n laddies, it seems we be press-ganged. I'm switching captains more than underwear these days." Rachel says while holder her pounding head.
"And blasted hells, YOU pansy, if ya canno hold yer liquor don't drink!" Rachel exclaims indicating one prisoner who pissed his pants and is puking all over in the corner.
My Roc will be flying after the ship. Sometimes perching on the highest point in the mast resting.

Akadi awakens and looks around. "Well, this be new." She pushes her aching head to the back of her mind and forces a grin to her face. "Well, best be up and greet the day, see what the wind-spirits have brought to us."
I'm assuming my Toucan, being a bird can just sit up on the masts somewhere or fly around - assuming some random Roc doesn't try to eat it

Rachel just ignores the scuffle and takes a seat somewhere comfortable on top. She has been through this before.
She looks up seeing her animal companion and tells it to go hunt with a few short whistle signals. This show will probably take a while.
The giant bird flies off, looking for some fish to eat.

Water Spout sways back from the first lazy swing and ducks under the other. In the process he picks up the fallen pirate from the ground. He looks a little shell shocked but is unharmed. Water Spout hides behind him with his hands in the air.
He peeks over one shoulder and says No harm done. Truce?
Apparently I just pulled an MC Hammer. My bad guys. I assumed the GM knew I was done after the trip. It is quite clear I am outnumbered (you said their were 10 of them) so I would have stopped after tripping the dude then picked him up, brushed him off, and said I was sorry. He is still not fully awake and unsure of what is going on.
GM Bloodred
Just making sure, Crew 2 is about to do battle 2-11 since i dont like to assume things i wanted to give you ample opportunity to open a CoWA is you wanted to.
If allowed to be seized water spout is drug up on deck between two pirates and tied to the main mast while the sneering pirate prepares his Whip. In full view of the entire ship, the whip cracks past Water Spouts head as Scourge starts to say.
You insolent Undine Dog, Should you ever stand up to me again ill cut out that tongue of yours and watch you eat it
Damge from 3 Lashes: 3d3 + 2 ⇒ (2, 3, 2) + 2 = 9

After everyone has come on deck, The "Whip Bastard" (since he hasnt said what his name is) strolls onto the deck
"My name is Master Scourge to you and The Captain will not keep such bone-idle bilge-sucking miscreants such as y'or Selves. We ain;t got tha Shiproom to keep you Shirkers, so im sure ill be hav'n the pleasure of tossin ya by the board.

Warren's vision is still blurry from his hangover, but he hears the man with the whip clearly. He does not meet his gaze, but stares at his feet and speaks.
"Aye, we know the score. One of the boyos was startled when he woke up, but a few licks calmed him down. Ye need hands, and we are here. Tell me what I can do."
He adds speaking reverently: "I exist to carve my name on the ever-changing sea with a saber of terror and triumph. I fight for plunder, fame, and glory, and earn my place among the legends of the sea.”
He reaches down to finger his holy symbol as he speaks and notices them gone. "Who took my devotional carvings of the Lady of the Sea?"
Water Spout
Water Spout gives himself over to the pirates easily enough knowing he was in the wrong to attack someone without provocation. When he sees his destination and Scourge ready his whip, the situation finally sinks in. Pirates He resists only slightly out of instinct but knows things will only get worse if he does. He doesn't struggle when they tie him to the mast. And when the wipe comes he doesn't make a sound. He doesn't cry out. The only outward sign of pain is a twitch of the eye when the wipe hits. Though blood covers his left eye from a whip to the head he stares ahead at Scourge the whole time. When Scourge is done he notices the captain approaching. One of the first rules Kennen taught him was be aware of your surroundings and the people.
Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11 Number of crew. Estimated strength. Is land nearby and is their a port. Other ships. Weapons. Even if it is high enough he doesn't notice the buxom woman.

I have been reading the other one. Garm the snake is about to mess up some pirates. When I saw both misses I should have kept going but that would have been out of character.
GM Bloodred
What Garm doing is Invalid due to him Rping me into an Action that may or may not have been taken. Im going to keep the roles should he use some of those actions in the near future, but the way things worked out on that post aren't what happened.
Scourge's Perception: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12 Unfortunately Scourge notices that you aren't paying much attention as well. (He thinks Dinali is smiling at him, mentioned only for my use later, you wouldnt have gleaned this)
So Water spout IMO you would have had a good chance to actually fight back due to your naturally high AC, unfortunately even with the small percentage to hit you i think between 11 rolls somewhere along the line you would have been hit and knocked out. So while I think a team of Monks could have made good progress against these 11 enemies i think 1 would not.
Rachel Riptide
It was to get an idea of what type of men the Captain and Scourge are, cruel or something like that.
Captain Barnabas Harrigan 201
“Glad you could join us at last! Welcome to the Wormwood!
My thanks for ‘volunteering’ to join my crew. I’m Barnabas
Harrigan. That’s Captain Barnabas Harrigan to you, not that
you’ll ever need to address me. I have only one rule—don’t
speak to me. I like to talk, but I don’t like your talk. Follow that
rule and we’ll all get along fine.
“Oh, and one more thing. Even with you new recruits, we’re
still short-handed, and I aim to keep what crew I have. There’ll
be a keelhaulin’ for anyone caught killin’ anyone. Mr. Plugg! If
you’d be so kind as to make pirates out of these landlubbers,
it’ll save me having to put them in the sweatbox for a year and
a day before I make pies out of ’em. That will be All”
He spins and walks away.

Same as Rachel. A general personality profile on the captain though I think he told me everything I need to know. I failed the check anyway.

"Due to this vessel hav'in o' few jobs free, you lot will be filling them. Now Up into the Rigging on the Double you Sorry lot. The first ones up to the crows nest get to be the new Rigger.
The crows nest is 60 feet up, assume enough rigging to hold you all and not actually have you get in each others way. You climb at 1/4 speed unless you use accelerated Climb. DC 10 for normal Climb.
Now a couple of different ways to do this,
1. You race to the top
2. you act like you race to the top, there are ways to use bluff to fail a test on purpose. It is vs his Sense motive though.
3. You refuse to do the test.
In your post you need to in OOC chat pick a number, 1.2 or 3 they correspond to the choices above. then make your checks If you fail by 5 or more you fall, by 4 or less and you just dont move.
If you come up with your own option let me know.

1. Accelerated
hmm. Rigger, exciting, up in the wind, vision. Yes.. This is mine.
oi! Mr plugg! I wager I get up there faster than any land lubber here! I was born to sail tha seas! Hahaha!

He easily makes his way up the mast laughing as the wind catches his face. What fun!
JOY. my nat 20 on this... Lol not sure how many rolls I need though, off to a good start he slows down remebering how dangerous it can be
climb: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19
climb: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11
climb: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11
heyo! Double 1s! Lol glad I slowed haha

1. Accelerated feeling lucky. Assuming I am not still tied tot he mast.
Not sure what a rigger is but if it means being up there rather than down here I'll take it.
Climb: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
Climb: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15

Warren is not the best climber, and fears a fall from too high up.
He truly tries to climb to the top and impress everyone.
climb: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (5) - 1 = 4 No progress
climb: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 16 Up 7.5 feet
climb: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (9) - 1 = 8 No progress--but no fall
climb: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (3) - 1 = 2 Fall from 7.5 feet
Warren slips out of the start unable to get good grasp of the ropes. He moves up with a good burst of climbing. Again he gets tangled in the ropes. Trying to get free and climb again he plummets to the deck.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16
Warren avoids taking any lasting damage by rolling as he hits, but he does land hard and is stunned. nonlethal: 1d6 ⇒ 6
He walks in a daze to the ropes ready to try again when the cobwebs clear.
6 rounds until his nonlethal is healed?
Dinali, the bloody rose
Using her panache, Dinali starts to climb. For her live is a race
Accelerated climb DC 15
Climb: 1d20 + 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (14) + (5) + 7 = 26 15feet
Climb: 1d20 + 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (10) + (3) + 7 = 20 30 feet

Climb: 1d20 + 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (13) + (4) + 7 = 24 60 feet
No panache left, but...
Sitting on top of the mast, Dinali yells down to tariel.
"Yo boy, you owe me some coin! HAHA!"
Tariel Alexander Valinndir
an additional d6 o.0 not that it bloody matters lol.
heh, have fun with the most dangerous job here ye swaby!

Falling: 1d6 ⇒ 5
Akadi sets off well, but after 15 feet of climbing, slips and hits the deck hard."I don't think I be made for this job Mr Plugg."
