After a few years of being raised by the monks he set out to see if he could find any other Undines from his old village. That is what led him to protecting trade cargo. Procellae figured that traveling the shipping lanes and trade destinations would be easier then trying to walk from island to island and while every destination might not be ideal, He figures they are all on His path. Hey im very interested in this, and would like to create a civilization that was run by a shadow government, anyone reading Night Angel Trilogy will get where im going. My only issue becomes this: How would i have two governments?

2nd choice, if possible id like to play a Dragon Rider from Super Genius Games. I could set up the back story so that the dragon was hurt in the wreck and managed to go to a cave when he thought the PC was dead only to find that the link was still there. Maybe have the link affect the dragon so that it puts it to sleep. Something along those lines. Again unless asked im just going to provide crunch. Crunch Dragon Rider:
