Hoprah has respect for both of the sages and hopes that she will one day be able to follow in their footsteps. But as a sorcerer, she is well aware of the snobbish conceit that only those with advanced book learning can truly master the arts of magic. When she realizes how much Amenopheus would privilege the place of the scholars in the order, she throws her support to Tahonikepsu.

I think that both might lead: maybe Amopheus could lead the team of scholars, and you could lead the field agents, with a third one coordinating and passing all the informations between the teams, recruiting new members and so on? We'll have the brains of the organisation, the muscles, and the eyes. Just my point of view, of course

Sorry for the late update. Was rather under the weather this weekend while having to manage a number of personal commitments.
sense motive: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17
Untir looks back and back between the two sages. These are hallowed personages that his people have revered for centuries and to see them together before his eyes, and with one revealed to be a time dragon herself, is almost overwhelming. Yet, he is clearly torn, listening to them and his teammates. They both make very compelling arguments, at least to him, and he remains conflicted which way to go.
Finally, he speaks. "I am a mere humble shaman of my desert tribe, so I fear to even speak on such matters which would undoubtedly has major implications for the world for aeons to come. From my lowly reasoning, both have equal merits and it would seem to me that the future of the Scarab Sages would benefit from both - the presence of a strong leader in the front to move matters decisively in crisis, while supported by an egalitarian network of agents to act according to what they assess is needed on the ground. And at the same time, the organisation would only grow stronger not by emphasising on scholars or innovators but to recruit all of quality and deploy them to their strengths."
He pauses here, knowing that he has yet to give an answer. "But if forces to make a choice... Amenopheus, forgive me, but I vote for Tahonikepsu. But listen, I mean for her to be the front, for all organisations need a public leader - a figurehead if you will. And such a person to publicly lead an army of advisors to leaders across the world. But behind the scenes, for Amenopheus to continue to build and manage the network of scholars and ground agents, the shadow organisation so to speak."
So essentially, voting for Tahonikepsu, but a suggestion to keep both in power.

The two listen intently on the discussion at hand, and while they to some extent agree that both should hold a position of authority, only one shall have the overall lead in the path the reborn Sage order would take.
With a minor majority of support directly towards Tahnoikepsu's path, Amenopheus stands down respectfully but looks somewhat defeated. "Thank you Ruby Sage stand-ins, or the few that have lend me your support. You will not be disappointed in the re-birth of a new age of the Jeweled Sages."
With the discovery of another Jeweled Sage and the recovery of a third sage jewel, the Pathfinders have helped Amenopheus recreate the lost Osirian order. Regardless of the leadership, Both he and Tahonikepsu agree that the sages shall work with the Pathfinder Society toward their mutual benefit, and they aid you in returning to Eto without further conflict. However, it is noted that the Ruby Sage’s power fades from you as you depart the Pillars of the Sun. Amenopheus shares his thoughts that he is uncertain as to whether or not the ruby sage jewel can be restored, but nontheless he begins researching the possibility soon in addition to the few objectives Tahonikepsu has for the Jewel Sages.
The Society's leadership are cautiously enthusiastic to learn that you have brought Kafar and Nefti to membership. No doubt such a development would anger the Aspis Consortium and potentially invite special reprisals later, but the history the two had with Venture-Captain Hestia Themis worries a few. Nonetheless, they send you a congratulatory letter on your recent accomplishments at the Pillar of the Suns, and look forward to future endeavours with the Jeweled Sages!
And that's a wrap, will get chronicles out of the way soonest!

Hoprah is excited about the new developments in the Jeweled Sages. I hope I can continue to serve the order in the future. Perhaps, one day, perhaps even I could become a jeweled sage... But no, don't be silly. Keep your focus on your next mission...
She bows in acknowledgment to her fellow Pathfinders, hopeful that they will meet again before too long.
Thanks for running, GM!
