Ezren, looking into the northern part of the cave, sees the Faerie Dragon fly off deeper into the cave.

"Hurry, everyone, I have found Dijjit, Ignizi’s assistant, in a small chamber."

Ezren can see the orange-haired gnome’s unconscious body is riddled with pukwudgie quills

"We must save her or she will quickly become a zombie like the others
unless she is cured of the poison."

And Harsk's first dose of poison seems to have run its course by this time, not that he is feeling any better by it.

Grand Lodge

GM, is this an unusual poison that affects you even if you are successful on the initial save? The save that Kyra made should have prevented being affected at all unless there are rules in the scenario indicating that the poison affects you even with a successful save. "Cure: 2 saves" indicates what's necessary to overcome it if you don't initially save.

Assuming the summon goes off without a hitch, a small, vaguely humanoid figure rises out of the ground just on the other side of the foe from the party. The small earth elemental glares threateningly at the evil creature.

@Kyra, my mistake, too much poison flying. I thought she had failed an initial one. So she is good.

The elemental appears nearby with a trembling of the ground.

Harsk moves up and axe cuts the torso in two while the scimitar cuts the head cleanly from the small body, quills and fur flying everywhere.

You are out of combat, but some (Ezren) still under effects of poison and snake will return in awhile.

Riddywipple flitters about hurrying from party to dying gnome, flying from cave to cave.

"Hurry. Is it too late to save her? That creature is what I believe is called a pukwudgie, although this apparently was a youngster. The adults are more powerful from what I have heard. Very nasty. Not nice at all. The world is better without it."

Ezren struggles to withstand more of the poison, but it eventually works its way through and out of his system, though he feels a bit worse for wear.

"That thing almost had the best of me. It put up quite the fight. How are your hands, Toro?"

Upon finding the gnome, Ezren offers up his last curative potion.

"Here, this one needs it more than I."

Bloody full of quills Ezren. Are you ok? You look green in the skin. Someone cut off that monster's head, before it tries to defile this area again.
Toro will look around the cave for anything else of interest. He will also cast Stabilize on Dijjit if needed.

According to GM, we have already ;)

Kyra will examine Dijjit and if she needs to heal Con damage will use lesser restoration on her. If she's just wounded, Kyra will use the wand. Kyra will also use lesser restoration on whichever of her teammates has the lowest Con, or the two lowest if dijjit doesn't need it. She'll then use the wand until everyone is heald.

lesser restore: 1d4 ⇒ 2
lesser restore: 1d4 ⇒ 4

1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Doh! silly words are so hard to read!

Grand Lodge

I should clarify that one of those lesser restores is coming from a scroll.

Toro searches through the various caves in Marigana’s lair, and besides the bones, reveals several corpses with valuables and magic items still on them. These corpses are located to the north of the cave entrance, in the northwest corner of the map.

The bodies apparently belonged to adventurers from the area who tried
to get rid of Marigana in the past. These include a +1 undead bane morningstar and a cloak of resistance +1.

After two days travel back, you are able to return Dijjit to the cottage. Ignizi easily cures her dying assistant. While the little gnome convalesces, Ignizi and the other researchers thank the party profusely.

"Thank you for rescuing our friend. We owe you a great debt . " some of the other researchers request to go with you back to town to seek other adventures.

Riddywipple says to the casters of the group

"With my best friends gone and my optimism somewhat soured, I pledges my service to any of you that would have such as me along. There is nothing for me here. " ,
