Yeah, umm, no.
I'm too much of a Hedonist, and I'm only saving the Fetchlings because of my Worship to Zura. I know the Fetchlings are female, and I practically hate the abuse of women despite being a NE.
I'm most likely going to end up hitting on one of them.
That being said, I'm also the only person making an attempt to save the Fetchlings at all, and if Lucien is still alive when these ropes fall, and I haven't saved the 2 female ones, I'm probably going to peel him like a banana.
| Fearn Keniv |
Fearn figures it will be a lot easier to save fetchlings if he's not fending off a mace at the same time.
Also, I've got house guests for the weekend arriving tonight. I probably won't be able to post until Sunday night or MOnday morning. FMC, please DMPC Fearn as needed.

I'm probably levitating one of them in just a moment before I hit Groy with one of my petty jerk spells.
I wanted to get evil eye out there just to see if I needed a move action for levitate's turn-- if I don't, and it's possible, I might try to run under the gallows to stand underneath one of the fetchlings and brace their feet with my cane.

ok guys time to ask if you could help your fellow player/GM. As im currently setting up a campaign called the arcane rebellions and I need additional recruits for a party of 4-5. Seeing as I am a first time GM i will need help figuring some things out. If you don't want to join though you could point friends in the general direction of my campaign.

Viluki, I won't be joining you. RL dictates that I should be dropping PbP games, not picking them up, but FMC's intro paragraph to his recruitment thread was more than intriguing. I couldn't resist.
I will offer a bit of advice.
If you're DMing your post count will soar. You got to post two or three times as often as your average PC. And wading through all those posts, plus the posts of the PCs in the games your playing in to find what you wrote 4 days ago can be a pain.
So aliases (aliai?) can help you organize your posts. One for DMing, one for each of your characters. You can use the picture associated with the alias to help set the mood.
YMMV

Not for nothing, but you've guys already made an impression.
>Enters sleepy backwater town within horrible shadowlands
>Proceeds to walk in a public display
>Picks a fight with diseased / distraught guard captain
My style of DnD - Jumping right in the middle of things since 2010
But seriously, I'm impressed with how the story's coming. I've been sluggish lately, so I'll get better.

I suppose I'm supposed to be the one talking to the Fetchlings as they're love-struck when it comes to me. They probably like Vlasko too, but...
He's kind of not here.
Some people have to sleep. And work!
A little disappointing that everything went ripping by so quickly and that none of the fetchlings even noticed I helped, but hey, when the DM actually calls you "a useless person" in their descriptive text...
And then of course in this game I've gotten ninja'd more than I have in any other game. Argh.

Nicola, more sensible and focused on the matter had defeated the perception of being a useless man by performing a heroic action. Levitating the remaining fetchling female with his magic, Nicola switched to bracing the male with his cane.
I'm pretty sure he just flavorfully wrote that you surprised Lucien by not being a complete cripple.

I see it now, but it jumped out to me as a little rough. Then again, evil eye isn't exactly the most visual effect, and Groy backed down before I could make any good use of it.

Oh sorry Viluki, I had forgotten about you.
Uhhh...well, since you vanish / fled your last turn, I'm going assume that you've bolted to some part of town where you feel safe - your cart perhaps?
I'd like to point out that much of Lucien Groy's attacks had damaged your Priest's attire, so its like were mugged - plus the town saw you...yea...
Anyways, I'll have your fort save result within the post.
| FratManCy |
Also Viluki, please update your character sheet to show the following:
Skill Ranks ( Your values for each skill that you want to use )
AC ( Ac, Touch, Flat Footed )
HP
Its a frustrating not knowing how much health you have left considering Lucien Groy had almost crit'ed you.
Please see to this soon.

I would suggest you stick with the dwarf for safety reasons.
If I have to! *awkward teenager sigh* ... just kidding, I will if you want.
I would have preferred to kip about with some people who are under the heel of oppression instead of sitting with Fearn and talking about my feelings with someone I was planning to permanently blind... but when life gives you lemons...
I think Nikola's a bit more vengeful than I thought, but that's how it goes I think.
