Dot of Interest, here.
My only thing that I particularly disapprove of is the "Any Non-Evil" part.
Call me Cynical, but I prefer Hedonist Fighters. Let's check these rolls.
I went with 20 point buy.
Strength: 15
Dexterity: 14
Constitution: 12
Intelligence: 14
Wisdom: 8
Charisma: 16
Traits: Extremely Fashionable (Diplomacy), Suspicious
Class: Fighter (No Archetype)
Race: Human (Chelaxian)
Gold: 6175 Gold
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
"Shadrick Mavis" A name whispered by the ladies of pubs and bars, is a tall, dark, red haired man with a knack for conversation and gentlemanly retorts whom supposedly prefers to reconcile his problems through words, rather than brutality. This is a shock, as he is actually very well-built, and is quite the cadaver with his scythe which he keeps on his person.
He journeys this day to the shadowy town of Karpad, under the rumors of its beautiful women and good times to be had, but also with hopes that he can partake in his favorite past-time, torture, at the behest of the baron himself."
Ball parking it. May have evil tendencies, but those could easily be role-played out.

Oh and before I forget, backgrounds should be kept somewhat simple. I'm not asking for a history lesson on your character's lineage but a decent enough reason as to why you're in Nidal.
I'm keeping the character draft open until this Friday, March 22nd of which I will choose 3 – 4 players to embark on this journey.
Base Creation Rules
Stats: 4d6, Drop Lowest or 20point Buy ( 07 lowest stat )
Traits: 2 Traits ( Hopefully thematic )
Classes and Archetypes: CRB, APG, UC, UM (No Summoner or Non Paizo)
Races: Core Only
Starting Cash: Level 4 suggested Gold + Appropriate Class Max Gold
Starting Level: 4th
Alignment: Any Non-Evil.
Character Background: Something simple as to why you're in Nidal.
If I happened to miss anything, feel free to ask questions or PM me. In any case, I look forward to character submissions.
4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 3, 4) = 17 = 14
4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 5, 1) = 16 = 15
4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 4, 5) = 14 = 13
4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 1, 3) = 15 = 14
4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 6, 5) = 19 = 16
4d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 4, 6) = 22 = 18
Wow what an unbelievable set of stats. Taking them in order -- they have to add up to a dwarven paladin.
HP 10 + 3d10 ⇒ (10, 8, 6) = 24 = 34
He's not quite finished. I still have shopping to do, some more background, and double checking.

Hello!
Well, with the draft Officially Closed, I'd like to take this time to thank everyone for their submissions.
Its been a pleasure reading through each of your character submissions, and while I'd like to include everyone on this adventure - I'm left with the hard decision of picking which among you will help answer the plight at Karpad.
With that being said, the following characters were in my opinion best for this adventure. Their backgrounds and personality I felt would make for an excellent RP and take for the Midnight Mirror.
For those who did not make the draft, I may have another game ready for when I am done with the Midnight Mirror. So, keep your ear's pricked and keep trying.
Viluki's character, Viender Kast, the Charlatan
therealthom's character, Fearn Keniv, the Stalwart Paladin of Torag
Ice Titan's character, Nicola Vlasko Grey, the Starry Witch
Duboris' character, Shadrick Mavis, the proud Warrior
*For the players that were selected, I will be moving this recruitment to the campaign. We'll discuss what further steps are needed for the game.
And again, thank you all for posting.
