Miya is bad a$$ hehe
for 6 shifts for everyone to get 8 hours rest, each person would have a approx. 1.6 hour shift
It might be easiest to roll randomly who is on shift should something happen, than choosing specific shifts.
Lera has a Ring of Sustenance so she'll be good to go with of 2 hours sleep and one hour of communing with Viska.

In addition to having exciting new spells, I found a new picture to give a rough approximation for what Lera may look like. Lera has shorter hair but I like that this one has her eyes closed because finding a heterochromatic character that isn't Anime or Yuna from FFX is really difficult.
Everyone! Don't forget! Per ABP, you now can use armor attunement +1 and weapon attunement +1.
Jolis bumped his mithril shirt to +1, and attuned his longsword to keen.
Yeah that's about as stable as I would expect for Richard.

In this case, the enemies have not yet acted or noticed you. I'd be fine with a little one post retcon to say you used the hex before everyone approached.

Ok Miya can do something that could split the bugbears into two groups or even pull them all away. But I wanted to see if you guys are ok with it before she even says it. Not trying to meta game, just trying not to mess up like last time.
She can change her form to that of a female bugbear, an attractive one. She up then run off, my hope is that they will follow. Spiting the group, Miya pulling some into a trap to taking them for a nice run in the woods before losing them.
If she dose this however you will all know she can change shape V magic. But not that she is a shape changer per-say. Alt From is a well used spell after all.
Note:
Valeriya has a really good point, in Miya's view, The others are mad at here for doing stuff with out tell them yet they just went off and did thire own thing with out telling anyone.

See what I mean, Miya is not going to be happy its one rule for her and another for the rest when she finds out, that is UNLESS the PCs are telling Valeriya and passing on the info about actions etc.

a good rule of thumb is, if no group plan in place then doing your own thing is ok.
Since we don't have whisper comms up, then go do your thing, just make sure not to die over it.

There, Miya's plan, and my plan combined should sow enough confusion to be a big advantage
And Vitranna's plan, she is playing the part of the best while Miya acting her part, now lets see what happens, should be fun to see.
Lera doesn't have anything to do until combat starts beyond coordinating.
