Ylrhea pushes open the door to the south and the bugbear pushes past her, weapon drawn. The goblin is dragged inside by Grawfir.
Oviously a barracks, this plain, unassuming chamber houses eight two-tier bunks. Almost a half-dozen men standby the bunks readying themselves for battle.

She drives her dagger deep into the veteran bandit, a vicious grin crossing her face. Snot takes on the other veteran with his shortsword.

The bandit manages to dodge Drago's errant shot, while the veterans attack Ylrhea and Snot.

"Filthy goblins," the veteran bandit mutters as he hits Snot with his flail.
Grawfir steps forward to attack the wounded veteran.

The bugbear's attack is sufficient enough to remove the veteran from the fight. Grawfir growls menacingly toward the other bandits.

One of the ghouls tear into its opponent, causing a trickle of blood to flow from the bandit's chest.

The bandit freezes up, unable to move.

The two other bandits draw their morningstars and attack the ghouls.

Ylrhea motions for Snot to move back, who does merely holding a grubby hand over his wounds. The gnome takes the goblin's place and attacks the veteran. With her dagger striking the veteran, she utters a command to her dagger.

Once the task was done, Drago lifted the man and slammed him against the wall. Looking directly into the man's eyes, he asked, "Who or what else is here?"

"Sorry," Drago said before quickly slitting the man's throat. Blood sprayed in the Damphir's face, although it didn't phase him. "But I cannot allow that." As he wiped the blood off his face, some of it ended up in his mouth. This gave him pause, as he came to the realization that human blood didn't taste all that bad.

Ylrhea clears her throat. "So, shall we wait on scavenging the bodies until we're done here?"
She looks positively green as you hear the ghouls cracking bones and sucking the marrow out from them. The goblin remains huddled in the corner, nursing its wounds. Grawfir seems nonplussed by the whole ordeal.
"He said the cook's in the next room. Why don't we pay 'im a visit?"

The bugbear muscles his way to the eastern door, dragging the reticent goblin behind him and kicks it in. The smell of rotting food and simmering stew greet you. This room is obviously a kitchen. A fat half-orc woman clad in food-splattered scale mail stands behind a steaming iron cauldron.

Grawfir reels back and kicks the cauldron of stew at the half-orc.

The iron cauldron crashes to the floor, showering Bareli in hot stew. The half-orc screams as her flesh is burned.
The goblin refuses to move from its spot.
