This is the last round of haste (has a reduced duration due to the negative levels)
Noisy slides a second paper cartridge into the other barrel of his musket, then steps into the room aiming high, towards the elemental's head.
Whispering once more into the breach, he pulls both triggers at once. The noise is deafening!
OK, reload first, so both are loaded, 5' step, then fire both barrels at once, using deadly aim and spending his last grit point for charisma to damage. Also conduct a weird word along with the first bullet. Same ol', same ol'
Barrel1 ranged touch: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21, for 1d12 + 15 ⇒ (12) + 15 = 27 damage plus 4d6 + 5 ⇒ (5, 2, 2, 6) + 5 = 20 sonic.
Barrel2 ranged touch: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24, for 1d12 + 15 ⇒ (12) + 15 = 27 damage.

Fendahl dodges the two massive fists and goes back to work with his blade if the creature still stands after the others take their shots.
Hrrmm, this one should fall soon.
Fendahl +2 keen katana: 1d20 + 14 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 14 + 5 = 29
for dmg: 1d8 + 7 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 7 + 4 = 18
Fendahl +2 keen katana: 1d20 + 14 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 14 + 5 = 25
for dmg: 1d8 + 7 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 7 + 4 = 14
Fendahl +2 keen katana: 1d20 + 9 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 9 + 5 = 18
for dmg: 1d8 + 7 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 7 + 4 = 18
Kirrah also tries to shred the misty creature with claws and teeth.
+1Bite, bard: 1d20 + 14 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 14 + 5 = 38 damage : 1d8 + 9 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 9 + 4 = 16
+1Bite, bard: 1d20 + 14 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 14 + 5 = 32 damage : 1d8 + 9 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 9 + 4 = 20
+1Claw, bard: 1d20 + 15 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 15 + 5 = 34 damage : 1d6 + 9 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 9 + 4 = 17
+1Claw, bard: 1d20 + 15 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 15 + 5 = 28 damage : 1d6 + 9 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 9 + 4 = 15

Bart steps forward and lets out the last blast of his wand. If it's still up. Otherwise save the charge of course.
fire: 3d4 ⇒ (3, 1, 1) = 5
DC 11 Ref for half

Maldoc comes down before his ability to fly ends. He then grabs his wand for healing unless other options are used or present themselves, I just don't want to forget.
Maldoc will allow the others to collect the items that are present in the room. I hope we now have in our possession what we cam for. I'm not sure how much more abuse I can take.

Yay, grit point back!
We found a scroll of Heal that Fendahl can cast. Might as well use that on someone!
Noisy, breathes a sigh of relief as the last of the elemental creatures fall. He quickly reloads his musket's barrels before looking to the room.
"This place certainly has its dangers. Now we know why they barricaded this one, anyway."
"So is that our crown?" He will take the time to examine the items they found in the room.
"Damn guardians sure made a mess of this place." He adds, stepping gingerly around all the melted precious metals. "Seems like a design flaw. Glad they didn't melt everything."
assuming it seems like our target, we seem clear to vacate!
"Now to see if King is willing to part with the Seal."
"I for one will be glad to leave Wanshou behind!"

Excellent shot, master Noisy.
Fendahl bows to the dwarf and then will wipe off his katana before sheathing it.
Sadly I am out of major healing, but I can use a scroll or wand to remedy any remaining injuries
Fendahl will gladly use the scroll on Maldoc since nobody seems in more dire need.
CL: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12 vs DC12 I think (WOW, that was close - he gets heal next level)
Heal on Maldoc for like 110 hp
Assuming no interruptions, He will tap himself and Kirrah for a few times each to get back into fighting shape before he goes to inspect the other katana spotted previously.
Hrrm, that is somewhat better. 10 charges
On Kirrah clwx5: 5d8 + 4 ⇒ (3, 1, 6, 6, 8) + 4 = 28
On Fendhal clwx5: 5d8 + 4 ⇒ (8, 8, 3, 1, 6) + 4 = 30

With their prize in hand the party returns to King's level of the sunken temple.
The giant kappa regards the party with curiosity until Hamade comes into view. "Well done. How did you avoid the notice of Lord Rybos?"
"Avoid? I believe we dispatched of him, if he was the ill-tempered squid creature. Now we have delivered your friend back to you; are you still willing to hold to our previous arrangement? Hamade here for the seal? And then we will be on our way and you can keep this place to yourself for now, provided you agree to cooperate with our folk in the future."

Maldoc nods his appreciation of the talents that the healer has in healing his many wounds.
Whoever he was, he's certainly dispatched.

I'm going to rush the ending a bit. I wanted to be done with this one in time for the online gameday.
King makes good on his promise, surrendering the seal to the party's safekeeping. Hamade offers his gratitude again and agrees to stay with the giant kappa. He doesn't seem to regard the temple guardian very highly but King can provide security and companionship he's otherwise lacking. With the flute, seal, and crown in hand the party departs the Sunken Valley for Kwanlai once again.
Amara Li and Shiyo Takarak welcome the Pathfinders back to Kwanlai and listen intently to their report. The tengu is particularly excited when the party delivers the three relics and handles each with care and respect before placing them in silk-lined boxes. Shiyo offers each member of the party a solemn bow before voicing her appreciation of the party's actions and announces that they have the Way of the Kirin’s thanks.
Chronicles will be going out shortly.

Fendahl bows deeply in eastern fashion
"Hrrmm. It was our honor to return the items. While we met one creature of undeniable evil countenance, the King was honorable and could, with additional persuasion become a valuable ally ."

Bart nods at Fendahl and Noisy's assessments. "Indeed, the King might be a good ally in the region in the future. Good wrestler too."
Thanks GM! Got the chronicle!
