Linflass |
Linflas sees Tomas' arrow sink into the beast's hide and slashes with both blades.
Main Hand Attack 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Damage 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Off Hand Attack 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Damage 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
To reiterate that request that the GM roll linflass' attacks..

Round 2 wrap up
Linflass's blades bounce off the creatures hide. Another one of Tomas's arrows sticks into the beasts hide. Eldwin's bolt bounces off the beasts skull. Seeing Linflass and Eve trying to attack it the creature adopts a horrifying stance and Linflass becomes sickened for the next round. Norn your arrow skips off the creatures hide as well. Eve your claws strike but you can tell your damage did very little if anything to the creature.

Waves of nausea wash over Linflass as he squares up to attack the beast again.

Really? How about I just type "Linflass throws up all over the alien beast" and hope it blinds him?
With Linflass' reflexes dulled by the queasiness he's feeling, the beast easily bats away one attack and the other misses it completely.
"Cleric! Any magic?"
Eve Valeria Abia |
she attacks it with her alternate style
"Your a tough bugger.
So Eat My Cold Iron Fist."
she rages.

Round 3 wrap up
With Linflass' reflexes dulled by the queasiness he's feeling, the beast easily bats away one attack and the other misses it completely. Another one of Tomas's arrows sticks into the beasts hide. Eldwin's bolt bounces off the beasts thick shoulder. Seeing Linflass start to regain some of his color the pig bites him, his teeth sinking into Lanflass's leg. Linflass you take 6 points of damage and you soon start to feel quite odd and after a few seconds fungal growths start to shoot out of your leg. You are now considered entangled. Norn you draw your weapon and get ready to move up. Eve your cestus rips into the creatures flesh and it screams out as black igor spews forth from the gash your rip into it and it soon falls still.

So I have a question as the description isn't clear. When does the effect effecting Linflass stop? see spoiler below for the exact description of what he's infected with.
A creature bitten by a cythnigot must make a DC 12 Fortitude save or become infested by quickly growing, semi-animate tangles of fungal growths—doing so causes the victim to become entangled. As a standard action, an entangled character can try to rip the tendrils free; this requires a DC 12 Fortitude save. Plant creatures take a –4 penalty on saves against this effect. The effects of multiple bites do not stack. This is a disease effect; the save DC is Constitution-based.
Tomas Reynolds |
"Well, I just hope you don't turn into one of those things. I was just starting to get to like you and it would be a shame to have to fill you full of arrows.", he says as he tries to get a closer look at the thing growing out of Lin's leg.
Knowledge Nature: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
"Maybe there is some herb or something that we could use to counteract the thing."
DM Mathpro |
Tomas you are pretty sure that what ever happened to Lin it wasn't natural. He seems to have some sort of fungal growth coming out of his leg and it looks like it would be very hard for Lin to move.
Just as you all are gathered around Lin you see the old woman and the mayor apprach your group. The mayor starts to clap his hands sarcastically at your little group.
"I see you've managed to deal with my pet. That was a warning shot, I suggest you leave town before you really piss me off."
Give me a perception check.
Tomas Reynolds |
Tomas looks at the Mayor's belly and says, "Did you say that nasty little beast was your pet? What in the nine hells would you be doing with a pet like that anyway unless you are some agent of a dark god. You might as well drop the charade we know something strange is going on in this town and we wont be leaving until we get the answer we came for. I'm done playing these silly cat and mouse games."
DM Mathpro |
The mayor looks at Tomas and shakes his head "You know little of whats truly going on here boy and it runs deeper than that small mind of yours can comprehend so I suggest you leave before you meet a similar fate to that tax collector.
The mayor laughs as Eldwin and Eve react with violence. "You would think that brave adventurers like yourselves would know when to use diplomacy to get out of a situation...then again we might be past the time for diplomacy."
Just then 10 men wearing basks step out of the shadows flanking the mayor. "This is your last shot to leave..." the mayor warns the party.
