can Darion surprise round react to the rising threat of the undead Mr wolf
Darion will bast the rising undead wolf with an acid splash then use his move action to move away I suppose Mr. wolfs attack could be the attack of opportunity caused by moving away? acid splash touch attack:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18 damage:1d3 ⇒ 3

"Darion, get out of here!" Kinshara yells as she moves forward to block Mr. Wolf. "Go with Corindus. We have to leave this place! I'll follow!"
I moved my mini based on the assumption that Mr. Wolf is in room 16 still & moved Darion out of the way for his 5' step. Kinshara is taking a full defense action, raising her AC to 21.

Corindus pauses briefly when he hears Darion's cry of pain, but he quickly resumes his now hastened exodus from the monastery - impelled as much by Kinshara's shouted commands as by his own gnawing fear.
With the ingredients secure, he escapes into the courtyard to ensure Eve, Vona, and Summers are still safe.
If he is within range then Darion blasts the undead wolf with an acid splash, then he continues to move away as fast as he can
30 ft if Spell is possible otherwise full withdrawal acid splash touch attack:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20 damage:1d3 ⇒ 1

Where are we at this point? I was hoping the wolf might have trouble with the narrower corridors. Is it following us out of the monastery area, or have we not gotten that far yet?

Corindus drops his pack at the feet of their friends.
"The cure ingredients are inside," he says, leaving the contingency of "in case we don't make it" unspoken.
He moves back towards the monastery entrance, drawing his magic handaxe and sword as he moves. Standing beside the door, he readies himself to ambush the newly undead Mr. Wolf as soon as it emerges, chasing his allies.
”Corindus! Kinshara! Vona! Eve! Mr Summers everyone move to the chapel! We can take a defensive stance there and it may also allow escape for one or more of us if things go poorly”
Darion moves defensively toward the chapel area 10, even if he has to move there in a round about way

I'm fine with that plan, if our prior readied actions can just happen there instead of wherever we were. Otherwise, I guess we've already taken our turns.
Darion goes past Corindus and Kinshara
And Corindus hits the undead Mr Wolf, with their readied Attacks
Now is Darion suppose to enter via the other doorway and give Corindus and Kinshara AoO on Undead Mr Wolf as he passes and either setup another round of attacks or block the door on Undead Mr Wolf just after Darion goes through.
the intention was create a defensive place that is escape possible for a few out the other door with the ingredients while the wolf is occupied at the double doors. Or if things turn sour an escape is still possible

The newly undead Mr. Wolf was caught at the doorway as planned. However, the rising fear in Corindus' belly, creeping into his mind, saps away his more tactical thinking.
Fueled by this fear, counterbalanced by duty to his companions, he unleashes another furious series of attacks upon the beast.
Darion shoots another acid splash at the undead wolf once they’ve secured themselves in the chapel area

Kinshara feels a growing sense of dread. They need to escape this place as soon as possible. She lashes out at the undead wolf again with her longsword.
Before Corindus falls he sees a woman charge from the other side and jump kick the Undead wolf
Attack:1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 5 + 2 = 23 Damage:1d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Those standing are startled/surprise that someone else is here and see her bigger friend also charging in at the undead Mr Wolf with a big sword
Attack:1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 7 + 2 = 22 Damage:2d8 + 9 + 3 ⇒ (8, 1) + 9 + 3 = 21

Corindus falls to the ground and wrenches his leg free from the wolf's jaws.
However, pain and fright turn to surprise and reliefe as he watches two newcomers seemingly rush to their aid.
One last surge of adrenaline fuels his latest desperate attacks, aiming his hatchet and sword for the wolf's withering gullet.

Huzzah for cinematic final blows!
Corindus hurriedly kicks the carcass off of him and scrambles back to his feet. Although he takes a moment to catch his breath, he stumbles back against the wall and maintains a vice-like grip on his weapons.
He looks to the newcomers, his eyes seeming distant, and tries futilely to compose himself.
”Thank you for your assistance we appreciate it. You are welcome to join us. We need to get back to the town soon, but first everyone let’s see if Mr wolf had a cache or treasure trove. Anything we can find could be useful. Then perhaps a few hours rest and an early start would be in order”

Kinshara greets the newcomers, "Yes, thank you for your help. Falcon's Hollow can be difficult at times, but you are welcome to join us on our way there. My name Kinshara. Can we have your names?"
Eve looks over the new comers
"Well it looks like we have some new comers"
she walks around to Corindus
"I'm Eve, Me and Vona were rescued by these brave folks."

"And I'm Corindus," he says, having finally regained his voice - both from the ordeal with the wolves and the surprise appearance of the brave women.
"Although you can call me Corin. You all can," he says to everyone but he turns his eyes particularly to Kinshara and Darion, with whom he has spilled much blood and sweat.
He reclaims his pack, now rather more certain that he will live to protect the live-saving contents.
"We need to bring this medicine back to town," he explains, hefting his pack by the shoulder strap. "We planned to make for the river and meet up with a river captain named Mary."
