You see two hags in the group "holding or dragging" two people towards the center of the group.
You notice a gathering near the hut.
You spot something moving in the fog covering the ground.

Darion The Diviner |

Darion bumps into Kinshara as he sees that she has suddenly stopped running and is now yelling at shapes in the fog ahead.
The shapes alert him and he tries to prepare for what may come from the fog in front or the forest behind

So we'll be using Darion's initiative total of 16? Also, any other details about the scene before us?"
what are your tactics? I was thinking about casting enlarge person on you but don’t want to if you don’t want it

Darion The Diviner |

@Kinshara
If Corindus doesn’t want it would you like enlarge person cast on you?

Kinshara Medaan |

I'll answer about Enlarge Person in the discussion thread.
Corindus said that the creatures ahead were hags, but Kinshara still hasn't gotten a good look at what is going on. She's not willing to attack quite yet (though it seems probable).
Kinshara will either cast Shield of Faith on Corindus and then move forward to get a better look (not into melee yet) or do the reverse if Corindus is ahead of her.

Darion The Diviner |

Darion will cast enlarge person on Corindus
He will also keep his club at the ready

Boreas Summers |

Visions immediately begin playing through Summers mind as he fantasizes about saving the beautiful damsels in distress against the obviously evil uglies. (Ugly=Evil, Beautiful=Good, right?) Buoyed onward with the potential rewards of such an action, Summers draws his sling and loads it.
DON'T WORRY BEAUTIFUL, I'LL SAVE YOU!!!

Corindus Droven |

With his adrenaline still racing from being chased through the forest, Corindus does not falter with the surprise of suddenly being on eye level with the tree branches.
With his weapons already drawn, he marches towards the hags and their captives.
He closes the distance until he is towering over them.
"Release those people and explain yourselves!" he orders again.
Corin uses a double move to approach the hags, standing next to them. That way, with my expanded threat range, even if they take five-foot steps they will still be vulnerable to an attack of opportunity if they try casting spells.

Corindus Droven |

The hag's claws leave Corindus wracked with pain. His vision begins to blur, and he feels blood seeping through the links of his mail shirt.
Fear from the old stories about hags and their terrible might discourage him from attacking them further.
Instead, he hopes to fell the witch and priestess so the hostages can flee.
If possible, Corindus takes a five-foot step so the witch and priestess are within his extended reach but he is not within the visible hag's reach.
