One of the ravers attempts to rush Tava, but before it can get close enough to her to swing his club, the raver is taken down by Jonah's series of attacks. On the heels of the one now laying dead, another raver runs in to attack Jonah but is hit with Tava's readied attack. Tava and Jonah would get AoO on this one as well, so I'll wait for those before posting his attack.

Yes, as I don't have combat reflexes, nor do I have a high enough dex modifier to allow it even if I did.

Tava drives her spear deep in to the her puny foe.

The raver likewise falls dead, the start of a wonderful wall of foes at your feet.

Deflecting one attack with her blade and the other off her shield bracelet, Akasha turns to face the newest adversary, sending magic into her blade as she strikes.

Akasha's blade slices deep across the ravers chest, but he remains on his feet.

Waiting for Tava, figured I'd make it clear there is still a foe to fight in case there was doubt!

40' move to f4, single attack

And with Tava's brutal attack, the final raver falls dead among his brethren.

Puny ravers need more orc in them...and by orc, I mean spear.

Cleaning the head of his spear on a fallen raver, Jonah quickly casts detect magic, and then looks over the bodies.

There is nothing to be seen with detect magic, and each of the ravers carried "padded armor" and a "greatclub" of crude make and condition.

"Well done. Let's get moving before more of these idiots show up." Akasha says flicking the blood off her blade with a practiced motion. "Will you continue with us?" she asks the sleek warforged.

Stepping from the shadow of the building.
"Affirmative. Accompanying this unit may lead to the quarry."

Efficient. Merciless.

The group makes their way to Blackstone Church without further incident. They find Faela outside, sweeping the debris and dust away from the entrance. She doesn't seem to have noticed your approach.

Hefting his heavy pack, Silian calls out to Faela. "Hello again. Most of us have returned alive. Your iron pilgrim fled with some halfling and oh-so bubbly elf feeds the rats now. We found a few other wayward stragglers, though."

Faela turns at Silian's voice, "Oh, I see. I am sorry to see that so few of you have returned. That is unfortunate. Please, be welcomed and rest before you continue your journey. Have you wounded among you?"

Standing a bit behind everyone, Jonah, fidgets with a bit of worry, but keeps his mouth shut.

Silian looks down at the gnashes on his leg, and the various cuts and bruises about his person. "I think that is a fair assumption."

"Some of us are more hurt than others, but we definitely haven't had an easy time of it." Akasha says timping slightly from the blink dog bites.

Considering no one responded when I asked how they were doing back in early feb, and we only had one fight since then, I didn't know where people were sitting health wise.

"I have fresh bandages and supplies inside," Faela says as she extends her hand towards the door.

It will take a DC25 Diplomacy/Intimidate check to get her to use magical healing, or the request of a true follower of the Silver Flame. Otherwise, she will use nonmagical healing freely.

"Only in Fallen would someone wrap a shattered bowl in gauze and consider it soup-worthy. These wounds will need more than wrappings if you can manage."

"I'm sorry m'lord, but I reserve the gifts bestowed upon me by The Silver Flame for those who follow the path, or those who come in desperation beyond the means of simple medicine and aid."

"Do whatever you must, and hope that no one attacks this place and you need us to defend it at half strength." Akasha says walking past Faela inside.

Could have adjusted it down, but you have a healer and a cure light wounds wand so it wasn't really necessary.

"This place is protected by other means, I am unconcerned about any attacks." Faela says as her lips press into a thin line.

Smiling broadly during the exchange, Tava attempts to look none threatening and peaceful.

We have a CLW wand ? I didn't know, I also missed people getting bit, so can I retroactively drop a channel on the group?

Jonah just stands quietly in the background while this conversation is going on.

You may not retroactively, but if you can convince them to wait outside a moment you may do so now. And yes, the wand is in Silian's possession.

Faela goes back inside her crumbled, old church to wait.

Nah, running my tabletop game today, killed my wife's character and put another in negatives. Their dice where cold as ice and mine hotter than Hades

Tava basks in the healing energy, not entirely sure what to make of it, but enjoying the sensation immensely.

Akasha utters a sigh of relief as the healing washes over her, healing her wounds. "All right, we should probably get rested. It's been a day of complete and utter hell, and I doubt we'll have a smooth go of it tomorrow."

A smooth go? I seriously doubt that Jonah says as he walks into the church

As you enter the building, Faela eyes the heavy sacks that each of you carry but says nothing. She does a double take at Tava, recognizing her as the Night Stalker raver that she is, but again only smiles at her politely without questioning her presence with the rest of the group. "I do hope that your visit to Fallen was not too terrible. I know that it is a rough place, and not many who venture inside ever return."

Vannevar stands quietly aside, stoic as usual as his eyes roam over the church.

"It was definitely no pleasure trip." Akasha quips in response.

"Now we just need to concern ourselves with getting topside once more."

"Lady Tela has been sending for word from you each morning. You are welcome to stay the night here until she sends for you again tomorrow."

I don't know about you, but I could use the rest.
