"Of course," Faela says with a slight bow of her own.
Once inside, Jonah lowers his pack and stretches.
So now that things have calmed down and nothing is trying to kill us,

Silian's comment draws a chuckle from Akasha. "Hard to refute that logic, given past experience. I'm Akasha.........Akasha d'Denieth."
Vannevar stands with his arms crossed, watching the one named Jonah. After a moment he speaks, "Vannevar d'Thuranni. Why are you in Fallen?"
Looking a little abashed.
I umm, got directions badly mixed up, and next thing I knew I got jumped by several people, and then you showed up.
Brightening up
So how about you, why were you in there?
"We were hired to retrieve stolen property."
"Sounds like whoever gave you your directions was looking to get you killed. Didn't the destroyed buildings and wreckage tip you off that something was wrong?"
it did, but by the time I realized it, I was hopelessly lost, and couldn't find my way back even though my life depended on it. Jonah says with a frown.

Begins to mouth the names of each of the other characters with great care, trying to sound out their names, one by one.

Faela finds she can no longer willingly overlook Tava, as her curiosity sets in as the raver begins to form speech of a fashion. She approaches within a few feet of Tava and speaks, "Fascinating. Truly fascinating. I'd had reports that some of your people could speak, though the few I've encountered have had no interest in parlay. Tava, was it? I am Faela," She says indicating herself much as Tava had done.
Jonah finds a spot to relax and eat a ration while trying to figure out what he was going to do for the next day.
Smiling at the interaction with Tava, Akasha turns to thier new warforged companion. "So Garrotte what of your mission and the woman you seek?"

Repeating the breath motion, Home..., punches fist in to her palm with a loud smack, and points to her chest.
Faela is startled when Tava punches her palm. "Home is quiet? Violent? I'm sorry, I'm afraid I don't quite understand."
"Well for one why are you seeking her, and what do you plan to do with her when you find her. the answers to that may make it easier to determine if any of us bear information that could help." Akasha replies.
Listening in, Jonah tries to figure out what the the Ork is saying.
"The mark was unable to repay the loan that was taken out. She has broken contract. She is to be brought back alive if possible, if not she is to be silenced and terminated."
"Perhaps..." Faela mumbles distractedly to Silian's suggestion.

Faela is startled when Tava punches her palm. "Home is quiet? Violent? I'm sorry, I'm afraid I don't quite understand."
Tava sighs quietly.
Smiling, she brushes her shoulder off and shrugs.
"How long were you buried for?" Akasha continues.
"Reiteration- Two years, four months, five days." Assessing allegiances. Medic does not share insignia of this assembly.
"Well if you were tracking her when you got buried in that collapse, you realize she could easily be one of hundreds of corpses long buried under the wreckage right?" Akasha asks.
Jonah quietly pulls the ring out of his belt pouch.

As he absently scratches the new mark on his upper arm, causing a light blue colour to drift down and encase his hand and the ring.
"She is flesh. Flesh is weak. Probability of death- very high. Her fate must be ascertained for mission to be completed. Flesh is impatient. Steel endures."
"Besides which if she's dead that description no longer applies." Akasha adds.
"Task must be completed. Living status of the mark is irrelevant."

As he drags his bedroll out from under the pieces of statuary that were in his pack.
I will be glad to get rid of those.
He then pulls out a squashed ration, and starts to eat it.
"Okay."
The rest of the day passes without event. Although you are grateful for the rest, you also cannot help but to feel restless in this place. Finally, the night approaches and you find yourself in fitful sleep. Dreams of chanting madmen and radiant idols fill your dreams.
As the night passes on, occasionally those on watch hear a scream or the scuffle of movement but nothing and no one bothers the church.
Yawning in the dark before morning light, Jonah continues to look around
Garotte remains in the main hall after those of flesh retire, eyes fixed upon the point of entry.
Odd, do you hear that? Be ready to wake the others.
He then walks over to one of the windows, and looks out towards where he thought he heard the noise.
On the way, he picks up a rock, and casts light upon it, and drops the rock into his sling.
In the darkness, Jonah's eyes are able to make out the silhouette of a large, hulking figure just before it steps up onto the porch and out of view. A couple of seconds later, there is a booming knock at the door.
"Probability high all within are awake."
