And sorry about not posting; I've got the job reorg thing going on, plus getting ready for two major audits. I was able to wrap up two of the short-term games I'm in, though, which will free up some time.

I think we badly need an adamantine weapon for me or something more defensive in nature.

I'm good with selling anything. I'm saving for a vest of escape for Jeji, but feel free to try and acquire anything. Very few things will help me and most of those we'll probably find.


You do have a grease wand, Jeji.


Drahlneep- I think we've discussed this before, but you may want to switch out improved shield bash for two-weapon fighting. You're not really using your sword and pistol class ability which would allow you to hammer and laser at the same time. you could even hammer and shield bash if you wanted, but I don't think that's really very useful. You can boost your AC other ways.

Our regulator is visiting this week for an audit, so I expect posting to be scarce at best until Friday or so. (Parts of my division have one auditor's undivided attention tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday.)

Taking a day is probably a good idea, especially if it means Kricker will have some slightly better gear as a result. It would be a good idea for us all to find something to do, though, and to try and prepare some sort of defenses. If we could barricade the main entrance to the Perch and maybe install a tunnel for entrance and egress that is sized for small? We would still have those rats to worry about, but maybe then we go see them the next day and see if we can ally with them (or subjugate them if they're weak enough). We would also need to set a watch...I have a feeling that the other gangs are going to be talking about the shake up.

The first half of the audit is done. They'll be back in two weeks, but in the meantime things have relaxed quite a bit here, so I can catch up on things.

So I've been reading over the militia system for the new AP and thought about using a bit of it for the battle for Scrapwall. Unfortunately, as with many subsystems in PF, it's really random and weak. But I think I'd like to try part of it in that you can direct each of your allied gangs (Steel Hawks, Redtooth's Raiders, and the Hermit) as teams to accomplish missions for you.

If you have ideas let me know, but suggestions might be spying, defending territory, caching stuff, producing stuff, special training, etc.

yeah, basically the same system, but generalized. The Militia subsystem is in the Lands of Conflict campaign setting book instead of the Player Guide this time.

I think the earlier write up in the Hell's Rebels Player Guide is actually better though and it's free.

Con damage has a little bit more going on: Damage to your Constitution score causes you to take penalties on your Fortitude saving throws. In addition, multiply your total Hit Dice by this penalty and subtract that amount from your current and total hit points. Lost hit points are restored when the damage to your Constitution is healed

In context, though, the penalty is the -1 per 2 points of damage, not the amount of damage itself. Otherwise six points of CON damage would come close to killing a wizard or sorcerer outright.


Ah, you are correct, Perrik. It was I that needed to read it better.

Greenie is the other zombie. I think I have to link you with you token, but I'm not sure how. I really loathe roll20: over engineered to the point of low utility.
