To the east, a set of low steps rise to a set of stone doors surrounded by symmetrical wall carvings of pharaohs. Stairs to the south ascend to the outer wall with the gate.

You identify the figure in the wall carvings as the legendary Pharaoh Azghaad. The carvings depict the pharaoh founding the city of Sothis and bringing water to its people.

Shortly after you entered the courtyard, you see that some of the bodies are rising.

Haemish drops his lance and guides Lady forward toward the nearest zombie, drawing his pick while he does so. As he closes with the undead creature, Lady tries to take it down first, after which he strikes it. While fighting the zombies and the ghoul you can see that they don't look like normal zombies. They seem to be sick.

Knowledge religion DC11:

The zombies are Advanced Plague Zombies. They carry a disease which spreads when the zombie hits with the slam attack (zombie rot) or if it is killed.

Knowledge religion DC14:

The golem is a Carrion Golem. Also this creature carries a disease, spread with a slam hit, filth fever. Whoever comes close enough to smell it's aura might get nauseated.

Everybody in the room has to succeed a DC12 Fort Save or be nauseated by the golem. I missed that, sorry.

Kiyomi rushes behind the golem under it's legs and pushes it to the ground. Lady tries to bite the zombie's bones, but is not able to pick some. Haemish is lucky this time and hits the zombie with his pick.

He charges the nearest creation as he draws his falchion, overcoming the sudden feeling of nausea and slicing into it.

nauseated for 1 round, I'm putting Wit aside, he did not post for three weeks now and botting him every round is boring, Cressyk can reach the golem without provoking an AoO

Herman breathes deeply and starts to caugh. He almost pukes, but finally controlls himself. The zombie with the red socks approaches Haemish and rises it's arms to slam at Haemish. Cressyk approaches the golem and swings his falchion at it and cuts off an arm. The golem tries to get up. AoO for Kiyomi and Cressyk
The zombie with the green pants slams at Kiyomi but the fox is too fast and the zombie misses it's target.

Cressyk knows that the zombies are advanced zombies. They are really strong and spread the Zombie Rot desease whenever they hit a target. When the zombie dies, it explodes into a burst of decay which also spreads Zombie Rot to all creatures nearby. (AC16, 16HP)

The Golem's skin is strong against piercing weapons and it's immune to construct traits and magic. It is a plague carrier and inflicts filth fever to every creature it hits with a slam attack. (AC17, 42HP)

Just in the moment the blade is supposed to thit the creature the zombie's leg buckles causing the zombie to stumble and the blade misses it's target. The zombie with the blue eyes tries to dig it's claws deeply into Haemish's flesh but Haemish is not as unlucky as he thinks he is.

Kiyomi - I just looked and saw that you are adding your CMD to your trip rolls rather than your CMB. The CMD is your defense against having combat maneuvers performed against you, while the CMB is your bonus to perform them.

No, I'm adding CMB. I just have a ton of bonuses. (Improved Trip, Maneuver training 1 (trip), and +2 vs. creatures two-sizes larger than me from Equality for All.) +3 BAB, +6 Dex, +2 Improved Trip, +1 Maneuver training, +2 Equality for All= +14. Actually I've been missing 1! :)

Except that you don't add Dex unless you have the Agile Maneuvers feat (unless there's something I'm missing), so it looks like your BAB in fox form is 3 (BAB) +2 (Improved Trip) +1 (Maneuver Training) +2 (Equality for All) -2 (Tiny Size) = +6 total, not the +17 you added to your roll here.

The +17 was a mistake, should have been +12. I think I was thinking I hadn't yet added Improved Trip, and then also misremembered that it gives you a +2 not a +4.
You do get to use Weapon Finesse for trip attacks if the weapon you're using to trip is Finesse-able. I'm going to have to dig up the source on that one... it does say so on the d20pfsrd.com page here, but that's obviously not an official source, and the source link is broken.

Since a brawler's unarmed strikes are considered to be manufactured weapons just like a monk's, there's really no question that Weapon Finesse should apply to her trip attempts.

Not sure if Kiyomi mixed something up, the golem was tripped and tried to get up. The AoO is against the golem, unless I mixed simething up :D

Kiyomi, still in fox form, kicks the golem again and again. Both strikes hit, but it does not fall prone this time. Hamish regains control over his body functions and prepares to attack. Herman swings his longsword against the zombie with blue eyes but misses.

If Kiyomi really wanted to attack the zombie insted with her full round action, I will redo her activities. Golem and zombie have the same CMD so would both not fall prone.

The zombie with the red socks tries to hit 1d2 ⇒ 1 Ober with it's claws.

Cressyk swings his adamantine falchion twice at the golem, slicing away some body parts. The golem is already weak, but it is still standing. The golem swings both his claws at Cressyk, trying to push the half-orc away from him but both claws miss the target. The zombie next to the golem tries to hit the small fox in front of his feet, but also the zombie slams into the air.

The zombie hits ober, but Ober's immune system is strong enough to kill the desease before it can cause trouble. In return Ober hits the zombie as hard as he can and finally it falls apart spreading it's bones and parts of flesh on the floor. The zombie in front of Haemish and Herman also swings it's claws at Herman but misses. 1d2 ⇒ 2

Kiyomi trips the golem again and kicks it until it stops to move. Cressyk sees that the golem drops in front of him he turns around to the zombie next to Kiyomi and decapitates it with one hit. I hope that's ok, the golem was already killed by Kiyomi
Lady and Haemish try to knock out the remaining zombie, but lady's teeth hit only air. Haemish's pick hits the target cutting deep holes into the rotting flesh.

Haemish takes a few moments to catch his breath and dry heaves a few times. "Let's get out of this room before I lose the rest of my breakfast. The stench is unbelievable."

He then guides Lady back toward the entrance (and fresher air!) and retrieves the lance he dropped there. Staying off of the wolf's back, he commands her to stand guard while he steps outside to catch a few breaths of clean air.

Herman sheaths his fairly useless longsword, and returns to carrying his bow. "Sorry I am of little value in a melee. But I am pretty good about finding clues and sharing knowledge."

Think we should check the stairs that lead up behind us before we go farther into the ruins. Hate leaving bad guys behind me...

Kyomi does not find any treasures. This room is filled with rotten bodies and old clothes only. While Haemish gets some fresh air Herman checks the stairs that lead up to the outside wall. The stairs in good condition and lead up to a small room. On the other side of the room is a door. It is closed.

Once the others are with him, Herman will push open the closed door in the room above the gate.

Once the others are with him he opens the door. He reveals a small enclosed guard post above the gate. The wooden doors are loose on their hinges and fall with a loud crash. A stone cabinet served as a weapons locker, while a tarnished bronze brazier dominates the center of the room.

Kiyomi startles at the loud crash from the doors falling, and then follows Cressyk in, looking for dangers.

Except the bolts Cressyk does not detect any magical auras.

"I have a crossbow, but I'm not much of shot with it," says Herman. "I can take the bolts and use them, but I would only take them as a last resort. Anyone else with more shooting skill should have them."

Glad he stopped up here to check things out, Herman looks around on more time to make sure they haven't missed anything, then hotfoots it back downstairs to search the rest of the compound.
