Yvell slashes into the Lord of Rust and barely cuts into her hide armor. Troll blood spills from her legs. Helskarg exhales rotten breath at the paladin.
The orc by Phylla runs away from Uriah, while the aware orc near Aeron strikes at her with its falchion. The other orc stares through the android. Phylla swings at the runner but misses.
The ogre roars with spittle as it swings its greatclub at Yvell. Helskarg bites at, then claws at the Paladin.
Yvell is bitten and clawed grievously his armor being torn like Paper yet he was still able to dodge the Ogre's swing becoming Increasingly annoyed at it's presence. He collapses after the last strike only so arise and Strike after.
" Is..... That all you have Ass-breath? Your rotten mouth doesnt phase me. "
" Phylla circle around and Flank with Aeron *coughs blood* "
Uriah moves forward and focuses his mind on the ogre . He attempts once more to overload the thoughts of the bestial creature.
Seeing Yvell go down Val prays and channels.
The ogre stares at Yvell's body, its arm lowers slightly, greatclub touching the ground.
Muga slashes through the troll, fire from his nodachi burning Helskarg. She screams as the fire touches her body.
Light bursts from Valtyra, healing the party.
Yvell stands and moves, ignoring the ogre which stares at him dumbly. The troll makes a swing at the moving lump beside her, her attention focused on the sword that made fire. He slashes into the troll's back.
Yvell takes a claws across the face the jagged nail rending a fair portion of his flesh ad he jerks away quickly enough not to leave permanent damage though he bleeds profusely from the wound and its start to impair his eyesight on his left side.
Phylla swings a tentacle punch at the orc, using her newfound martial prowess to attack. The sharp strike hits the orc in the back of the leg.
Aeron seeing phylla move into an adventagous position attempts her casting and attack once more hoping that her aim is true.
The frightened (blue) orc runs away into the crowd, laughed at and jeered at by his fellow gangers.
The ogre and orc affected by Uriah's magic stare intently at the enemies close to them but do nothing but breathe heavily.
Helskarg makes a barrage of attacks against Yvell, her mouth and claws dripping with blood. The other orc by Aeron slashes at her with its falchion in a powerful sweep of its blade.
"You know, for how much of your flesh I've torn asunder, you aren't paying much attention to me. Should I try taunting? Cutting down someone not even trying to fight back is unamusing."
Caught up in her own battle with the orc Aeron failed to notice Yvell's fall . She works furiously spouting the spell repeatedly in a concerted effort to finish her fight and join the larger battle waging up north.
Seeing Yvell fall, and knowing his mental powers will only last so long, Uriah says Valtyra, can you heal him! Muga we need to finish the Troll!
Uriah batters Helskarg with blasts of force from his mind! He also draws his Wand of Scorching Ray, preparing to finish the Troll with Fire.
Val casts a spell then runs up to Yvell touching him when she gets there.
Then she sends a quick prayer and channels.
Muga stops, freezing up, covered in blood from his repeated strikes. Then he slowly turns his face to Uriah. "Really? Really? Noo... You're joking. I thought we were supposed to BLOODY SERVE HER TEA!" Maintaining still deadpan for the initial delivery, it ends with waving bloody sword and yelling.
Yvell feels the embrace of Ragathiel consume him once more. A Armored Warrior Angel descending down to him and placing her hand out to take him to where he deserved. The spirit of the half-elf looked at the situation.. and looked at the angel, shaking his head.
" I have another angel to go to.. she is waiting for me.. and there is work to do. "
The angel nods and then removes her helmet to reveal.. Valtyra's face.. and the Arena around him. Did he fall down again?
" Damn.. it... you slobbering ... "
Yvell punches the ground on his rise once more () and gives a small smile to Valtyra.. as a thank you.
" I'm.. still not DEAD! "
Muga slashes down the backside of the large troll. It hisses as the blade cuts through, blood spilling over Yvell's unmoving form. Aeron's scimitar cleaves through the orc's neck, dropping it in an instant.
The bolts of mind energy strike at the troll. She ignores the annoyance and spins towards Muga, ready to send him to the earth as well.
The ogre watches as Valtyra heals Yvell, but only drools and stares, mentally broken.
Helskarg bites at Yvell as he tries to stand up, showing no mercy to the combatant. Yvell's elven curved blade digs into the troll's belly. She clutches at the sword, and falls backward, flesh slowly knitting together.
Phylla shifts and sends two punches at the mind-broken orc. The orc falls.
Yvell meets the Troll's bite head on and she rips a sizable chunk from his shoulder as his blade goes for her stomach.
Yvell turns to the crowd and raises his blade in Triumph, pointing it at the last Ogre, his words however powerful.. are raspy his complexion darker and burdened. " Your champion FALLS! And She will not get the chance to rise again! We shall slaughter her and any who stands for the Lords of Rust after we have given them their chance! The Dreamers will fight and fight and continue to do so.. until the job is done. "
He turns to the party.. " Ugh.. now burn this filth and finish the brute... Unless it learned.. "
"Hmph.... Finish it indeed. My part in this battle is over." Muga sheaths his weapon.
Yvell gives a displeased face, " I'm not sure where you are from but it is completely foolish to sheath your weapon until the battle is fully over. Especially with enemies who might not play fair. " Yvell points at the Ogre, " That creature can still very much kill you.. and this one on the ground is healing. "
"Hah, you know nothing of my homeland's swordsmanship. The sheathed sword's edge is as sharp as the unsheathed, if not sharper. As for the ogre... Even if he was unwounded, I could cut him down in one stroke. As for the other, I have no doubt one of you can put an unconscious beast to the torch."
Yvell spits on the ground a mixture of blood and saliva " More than you know, it is still a matter of practicality. You dont have to listen to reason however, the situation will come up eventually.. And could is not the same as will. "
Val screams as she brings her mace down on the head of the ogre then moves and does the same to the one on the ground. "YOU. MAKE. ME. SO. ANGRY!" Each word is accompanied by the wet crunch of mace hitting flesh. She then whorrels around to face Yvell dropping her mace she slaps him.
The slap seems to echo around the arena. "You stupid idiot! Why do you always go putting yourself in these positions! You are not invulerable and I might not be able to reach you next time! Never do something so STUPID again!" She screams. Then before Yvell can stop her she leans in and kisses him. Then picks up her mace and stalks away.
"At this point I want to toss someone a coin as if I lost a bet, but I never made one. A pity."
Yvell holds his face in wonderment. He is assaulted by too many strange emotions and too many actions.. to give a response, standing there dumbfounded.. and for a few reasons completely beet red around the cheeks. His mind shut down his world spiraled and in all his experience as a solder, being taught Ragathiel's laws, the hell of his childhood... ceased to be for the moment.
He could only slowly look to the Muga then out to the crowd. The fact he was in excruciating pain even dulled.
Hey! There are enemies here! Uriah shouts at Valtyra and he attempts to finish off the Troll with his flaming Wand
The crowd cheers as the ogre dies, despite many in the crowd being a part of the Lords of Rust gang. It seems like they want blood more than anything. Finally, a chant is repeated by everyone, "FINISH IT! FINISH IT! FINISH IT!"
Fiery rays surge out of Uriah's wand and bathe the troll in a dread glow. Its body is burnt to a blackened crisp and it stops repairing itself.
As Muga and Yvell go back and forth, a loud crack is heard as well as the smell of sizzling flesh. Diapatching the orc, Aeron charged across the field as the electric crackle was replaced with a brilliant blue flame engulfing her blade as she sunk her weapon down on the neck of the fallen troll. She then spun on the ogre readying to launce her next steike at the dumbfounded creature.
