I'll take that as a no on the loot.
We will be taking young Whiskifiss back now?
Yvell Endymion
" Don't know about young, but yes at this time we should escort him to the Raiders as I previously stated. We may have destroyed the base but there may very well be stragglers and other members who want him dead. It is only customary. "
Uriah Lewis
I'll make a spreadsheet to keep track of loot. Nothing fancy. Do we want to divvy it up as we get it or all at once at the end?
Yvell Endymion
I've been keeping up with it its more.. we cant really sell anything here which Yvell also wanted to fix somehow. So we would have to go back to Torch but that not really plausible. (Auehda had a great sheet I asked 'em how to us it.. so far we really havent gotten anything good until recently)
Yvell Endymion
As for whether we divvy it up or do it at the end normally in custom when we are about to sell things its all at once and then shares are made until then its people use what they can until then. Also I assume people are alright with the plan Yvell had set out? Whiskfiss> Raiders> Hawk Palace Looting> Rest ( After clearing the Smiler Base or at any of the other places we can sleep )
Uriah Lewis
I'm good with it.
GM Demonmoose
Whiskifiss leads the way to the Raiders' base.
You have to duck down and squeeze to get through the narrow and short tunnels of the "compound". You pass by several ratfolk that cheer as they see Whiskifiss, a beetle-cockroach looking creature, and dire rats before you reach a slightly open area. A female ratfolk greets you.
"Thanks for finding my brother. He's a handful sometimes." She turns to her kin. "How the hell did you get captured so easily?" She then goes over and gives him a hug.
Your Scrapworth is about 5 or so.
Aeron Woke
Due to my tight schedule, I offer you all the chance to DMPC my char over the next day or two. My time will be devoted to leveling so I can keep up with everyone. In downtime, Aeron will be stuck with her nose in the spell book and moving the spells she can into her own spell book. That can keep her busy for a bit allowing the game to continue to progress. I will be checking in daily to try to add where I can especially if we hit another combat. :D
Yvell Endymion
Noted
Yvell smirks and gives the ratfolk a nod of acknowledgement and respect. " It was no problem. He was Waylaid by multiple Smilers perhaps. The better answer is, Now he is safe and your Smiler issue is gone as of now. They have been dealt with by our 'gang' "
Yvell shifts a bit trying to get comfortable. " I would ask that perhaps you see our group in a kind light and perhaps ally yourselves with us. I wish to make Scrapwall a better place and it seems the Lords of Rust have not been.. the est. Considering the somewhat coordination with the Smilers or should I say Ex-Smilers. I believe one of our members said something to you earlier. I would also ask if there is anything you might want to trade for? "

Work together. Like a consortium. A consortium of fruit.
Aeron chimed in, her nose still stuck in the book. The words seemed almost like a stream of consciousness conversation. It was obvious she was not really paying any attention. More like a knee jerk response similar to a "yes dear" in effect.
Yvell Endymion
Yvell blinked for a second as he tried to take the words that Aeron spilled into account. He the registered that she was 'helping' though clearly distracted. The comment however reminded him of something important. " Ah yes, I almost forgot our name. It was one created by the majority and shall be The Pomegranate Dreamers. Surely some would laugh but our results are quite serious indeed. "
Uriah Lewis
Indeed Mistress Redtooth, Yvell is correct. Our reputation has begun to spread...
Yvell Endymion
" We will need a marker, symbol or Banner of some type soon I believe.. As is customary for this land. I would suggest color, but even our main members do not wear similar fabric or designs. " Yvell muses as Uriah reinforces his claim.
Uriah Lewis
Uriah will, whenever he has time, attempt to place a value on the Garnets and Opals found in the Smiler base. Appraise Modifier is 5 so taking 10 would net a 15.
Also, GM we have Gas Grenades...but I cannot find those anywhere on the PRD...are those a new item? @All players, Loot Log is in my profile.
GM Demonmoose
Uriah appraises the gems as 300 gp each, while the opals are 100 gp each. Gas Grenades are in the Lords of Rust AP. They function like regular grenades except they are spheres, and release a poisonous toxic gas that nauseates things in the area of 20ft. The gas cloud is see-through and continues to create this effect while creatures remain inside the area. Fort DC 14 each round, nauseated for 1d4 + 1 rounds, gas remains for 5 rounds.
"A new gang, huh? Maybe an alliance is in order. Just one question though, what the hell is a pomegranate?" Redtooth smiles politely.
-------------------------
After some talk, Redtooth clears her throat. "If you really want to mess with the Lords of Rust, you should help me out with that dish. There's some kind of fancy machine, the large one you can't help but seeing towering over everything in Scrapwall. It's probably connected to whatever's lurking underneath the arena. If I had some more grenades, I could blast that thing apart. There might be some in the haunted canyon, but well, it's haunted and I don't have anything that can deal with ghosts. Maybe you guys do?"
-Sleep somewhere
-Slay the Mutant Manticore
-Fight in the Scrapmaster’s Arena
-Destroy the Receiver Array
-Search the Haunted Canyon

Uriah Lewis
Uriah moves to Valtra and offers her the Cloak of Resistance that was once for Marrow. Don't fret Madame, it is cleaned. Valtra has the lowest saves and it is VITAL that she remain free of bad spells
Uriah hands Aeron the scrolls of Technomancy and Command Undead For your spellbook young one. Animate Dead I figure we just burn it or something, Yvell would approve of that
We have 5 gas grenades left, should we split them up or?
Uriah Lewis
GM I believe the plan was to return to the Smiler fort and clean it thoroughly, and then sleep there while fortifying the place against outside threats.
GM Demonmoose
At some point after talking with Redtooth, you return to the Hawk Palace and search for any goods leftover. There are no people there to stop you, and it doesn't look like the Steel Hawks have returned there, either.
Inside Birdfood's room past the throne room you find a dented metal locker.
234 sp
188 gp
11 pp
4 silverdisks
one battery
a wand with yellow and green droplets carved on the side (11 charges)
a scroll
a masterwork hand crossbow with +1 bolts
a white access keycard
a timeworn red cylindrical device with a nozzle on one end and a handle on the other
Afterwards, you return to the Smiler HQ, spend the rest of the day cleaning and repairing rooms, burning leftovers, and sleep.
It is morning.
Valtyra Brightsong
Val smiles at Uriah, "My thanks." Val then spends much of the day cleaning their new home and try to at least make it liveable. She also tries to identify the new items.

Failing that she reads the scroll to see what it is.
We can always trade the scroll if we really need to. But Val wouldnt mind it burning.
Yvell Endymion
Did Val put those ranks in Bluff? Yvell would be okay with the selling but back at Torch or Burning yes. Having the spell is as bad as using it.
Uriah Lewis

Uriah rubs his hands along the device, coaxing information from its kinesic memoryHe casts Technomancy and studies the Timeworn Device Kn:Engineering w/Technomancy: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (10) + 12 = 22

Did we locate that other Secret Door in all the cleaning?
Uriah will spend his day preparing a room to serve as his meditation area.
Yvell Endymion
So she almost got it... Now the big realization for Yvell about her other endevour.
Sense Motive: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (11) + 13 = 24
Yvell Endymion
Yvell had spent the previous day much like the of the party, cleaining the grime and filth of the previous inhabitants. Cleaning was made relatively easy by use of Prestidigitation, even the larger rooms. Removing the insignia of the Smilers, the taint of necromancy and the cannibalism. He set down the massive amount of rations and supplies they had needed for the trip in a room relegated to public food. once he was somewhat satisfied, Yvell chose one of the rooms, gave Phylla her nightly meal and then fell to sleep after placing his Studded leather on.
In the morning Phylla did not stir, perhaps she was contemplating something as he could rarely tell what she wondered about. He decided not to bother her this time as it would be a small reprieve not to be drained early in the morning. Yvell kept one of his weapons on him at all times and went to go have his usual tutoring session with Valtyra.
The session was going amazingly well compared to their usual cases. Valtyra had started to recognize easy phrases and could hold a light conversation. That is when Yvell started to notice something, it made the session much harder. It had come to his realization that Valtyra's actions during the learning process were not.. fully intended on just teaching. she would press her body against him when it was not fully needed as if requiring direction in some places. He would speak from books and catch out of the corner of his eye her sight wandering over him. The phrasing of her own words and how delighted she was near him. It was clear to Valtyra as well that Yvell had seemed flustered half-way through.
Yvell Endymion
Yvell holds Valtyra's hand for a moment if she allows and says " I.. enjoy our time together, hopefully we will get more chances.. in the future.." as he get up at the end of the session. He couldn't stand being there too much longer because the emotions he had felt were strange even for him. Even moreso that he started to get vibes.
Having had the time to study, Yvell sees to it for a new insignia he makes a picture of a vibrant pomegranate cut in two and with two blades behind it dripping slightly much like red blood. It is crude but workable. He marked it with magic appearing on his shoulderplate.
Once everyone had gotten up and gathered in the main room Yvell gave off an overview of what they could do this day. " Good Morning everyone, I believe we have done quite well and would like to thank you all for this " Giving Valtyra a wink " I believe we can do more however. We have been told by two sources that the Receiver relay is important to the Lords of Rust and that should be our next main target this day. However we need to build up rapport with the Locals and as Redtooth leader says, the materials in the haunted area would do best for this. As such I believe we should handle the minor things first and use that to lead up to the Receiver Relay. Destroy the Manticore plaguing the area with give our group more fame and possibly followers while ridding Scrapwall of a Menace. Then head to the haunted land and rid it of any undead, Valtyra should be most important for such things, and then Destroy the main target. I assume this is fine with you all. If so, pack up and get ready to head out "
Yvell readies everyone if need be and leads them that way if there are no real oppositions. Along the way Yvell tries to spread word of the graciousness of their group and possibly gain some allies or toughs who aren't affiliated with other gangs.
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (3) + 13 = 16
Uriah Lewis
Uriah nods to Yvell A most wise course... Anything that weakens The Lords of Rust will make us stronger, and with strength we can challenge the Technic League
Yvell Endymion
Then i guess we go with the plan Yvell set out, Kill a Manticore to gain notoriety and end a threat. Then to the Haunted House, Then to The Receiver Relay
" Phylla.. you were quiet for some time, you seem... different. I suppose I should feed you and get us ready to rid this place of more evils, until we cripple the Lords of Rust. "
Yvell nods to Uriah's agreement.
GM Demonmoose
"I feel very different, Yvell-Servant," is all Phylla says.
You head for the manticore's nest. Heading to the southern part of Scrapwall, you find a cave that leads to an open area. The sky is visible from the nest, a tangle of coils of razor-spiked wire, rusty chains, bone s, rubble, and the like. The vicious barbs and jagged edges of the nest would certainly flense most creatures alive.
Several items appear to be hidden in the nest's debris. The manticore does not appear to be here.
Moving through the nest requires a Reflex Save DC 15, and deals 1d8 (or half) or 1d4 slashing/piercing damage depending on your armor (+5 armor). Each round you can search for something using a Perception DC 20.
You can be inside the cave (and cannot see the sky but can see the nest) or in the nest (and see the sky and cave).

Yvell will position himself through the nest trying to search through the rubble with Detect Magic and whatnot " We only need two people up here the rest can find a position where we can take it down with ranged capability. "

Yvell Endymion
Yvell wades through the nest, the debris and refuse stabbing into the exposed joints of his armor. Not necessarily lethal but most certainly uncomfortable. " Have your Ranged weapons ready, you never know when it may show up. " He looked to Phylla again. it was strange that she would regard a situation as.. well.. strange. Often there was a plethora of questions she would ask, but at this moment there wasnt. Ans the Aura she gave off was similar to his own, was she gaining something based on his blood? " And Phylla... do what you can to assist.. I would appreciate that. "

Yvell finds a rusted iron coffer.

The manticore is 60 feet over the nest. It is Aeron's turn. You can post ahead of time, if you wish.
The manticore fires spiked tail barbs at anyone in the nest, (dividing them up as necessary. If Yvell only is in the nest, it fires four spikes at him.)

Considering Aerson said She wouldnt be here and that you have to DMPC them. I guess Just Fire the crossbow.
Yvell is bombarded with Spikes, only one striking home in his shoulder. He looks up to see the Manticore alive and looks to the party. " Alright, I'm going to bring it down, Focus on it While I do! " He aims his right arm at the beast and fire off his holy nimbus appearing to assist his aim.

I don't see a crossbow in her gear.
Aeron charges his black blade scimitar with electricity, using her shocking grasp spell. She waits until it gets closer. "Seeing as most of us are close fighters, Yvell, that is the proper course of action," she says this matter-of-factly.
Yvell takes -2 or something for shooting out of the autograpnel's range. It still hits because it's touch.
Yvell's autograpnel shoots farther than normal and sinks into the manticore's flesh. It seems to shrug off most of the pain, but it latches on.
Manticore (10, sixty feet in the air, but a little closer to the nest, stabbed with an autograpnel). Muga, Uriah, Valtyra and Phylla's turn.

"Heh, haven't brought this out for a dog's age. Not that I'm particularly excited to. Reel the fish in, would you, Yvell?"
Yvell Endymion
The manticore has to make a fly check DC10 or it fell down 10 more feet from being shot by Yvell, another time from Muga ((Whose attack is 27 for 12 damage)), a third from Uriah's mind bullets.
Yvell sneers back to Muga, " Its not the ugliest fish I've gone to catch. How did you think I handled Birdfood? Reeled his cannibal arse straight off that 'throne' and down to the ground kicking, screaming and throwing up. This one is a little harder. Just keep firing. "
Yvell begins to pull along with his Autograpnel to bring it closer to the Ground while trying to see outside the Spikes what they knew about it.
