Dervak swings at the skum in chainmail. Although at first it is a horribly rushed and off-balance swing, Dervak accidentally stumbles in just in the right way that his sword ends up finding the neck! There is once again a spray of blood. Dervak is feeling much more confident with this good defensive position, the luck from the cackling witch, and the healing from Mara and Theophilus.
I used Fortune not on my last turn but on the AOO in between my turns. I believe the 1/round limit on Fortune is reset when my turn comes around, so it is once again available?

The zombie covered in webbing pulls a lynchpin strand out and extricates itself back to it’s undead allies. The small horde looses another volley but Mara’s armor, though underappreciated, holds true and deflects the arrow that didn’t miss outright.

I suppose the web might make it difficult to shut the door. There's also the option of going out and wiping out the zombies, while we've got the Fortune hexes running.

Since Theo wants line of sight to zombie 5 he gets it, borderline case. In other news if you want to close the door it would be the same check and action as if you were yourself trying to break out of the web only at at a +2 DC so 18 in this case, I so decree it.

Those were the mods I was thinking

Mara swings her axe awkwardly over the railing and looks like she won't be able to reach. But the railing where Mara was leaning against suddenly cracks and heaves almost spilling Mara over and into the stairs. While she's flailing to regain her balance her axe swings into the side of the skums face wedging into its brain.

Misfortune caused an arrow to miss Mara; thank-you Theo!

Mara continued to chant, ready to follow Dervak out the door.

Delaying till after Dervak, Ellery and Rowan act. She's going to try to move to within 10 ft of those fighting the zombies, to keep them within the Magic Circle against Evil. Depending on where Ellery ends up she might have to move to more than 30 ft away from him (ending the Fortune hex).
She has a Healing Hex left to use on Ellery, when she gets the chance.
