Looking at the loot, Pocky suspects the man will wake up poorer. She’ll let Dervak and Allegra divvy the weapons and armor.

Allegra opens the door to find a hallway with three more doors to the north. The two on each side are both simple bedrooms, the one to the east has not been used in a while as evidenced by the thick layers of dust. The west bedroom is neatly made but no one is currently sleeping in it. The center room contains a pair of simple but well made desks in a small office. Two sturdy metal boxes etched with a repeating pattern and each featuring a hefty lock are bolted to the stone floor.

The desks contain a years worth of sales records and shipping receipts. A recent item in the books mention that a few weeks ago all of the ocher leather was sold at a significant loss.

Mara hears nothing. Behind the door is another hall way that opens up to a tanning yard surrounded by mud brick walls. Dozens of vats holding tanning chemicals and dyes stand in organized rows in the center of the yard. The smell from the vats and untreated hides is overwhelming. Ten rather large looking leopards pad about the yard keeping their distance from Pocky as best they can.

Major Ameliorating (Su):
(Healer's Handbook pg. 17): The witch can touch a creature to suppress or protect it from more debilitating negative conditions. Each time she uses this hex, the witch either chooses the blinded or deafened condition, or chooses a type of effect: curse, disease, or poison. If the target is or later becomes afflicted with the chosen condition or effect, that condition or effect is suppressed for a number of minutes equal to the witch’s level. Alternatively, for 24 hours the witch can grant her target a +4 circumstance bonus on saving throws against effects that cause any two of the above conditions or effects (witch’s choice; she can choose any combination of conditions or effects, as long as she chooses only two total). At 15th level, the witch can choose up to two total conditions or types of effects to suppress or three total conditions or types of effects to grant a circumstance bonus against each time she uses the major ameliorating hex. Once a creature has benefited from this hex, it cannot benefit from it again for 24 hours.

I’m not really party-leader material. I moved Pocky to a door we could go to, but feel free to move her to a different door.

Pocky moves past the animals, slowly, so the others can keep pace with her. She checks the door for traps and sounds on the other side.

Pocky becomes ethereal (3 ki spent) seeps into the ground, then floats through the floor, past the doorways, until she has spent no more than a minute looking into all three doors.

She moves along the red line on the map, poking up from the floor every now and then.

This spacious and airy room contains a half dozen large wooden tables covered with untrimmed hides. A wall of wooden racks holds freshly tanned and dyed leather.

The second:

This storage room is filled with trimmed and rolled leather. The lot of them could be quite valuable as a trade good.
